Everyone was the bad guy in WWI

>every western europe country except uk, germany, france and norway is cucked that hard

Because there isn't a clear-cut good/bad side in WWI
Plus moviegoers would get confused since the German soldiers also wore the Stahlhelm midway through the war

BASED NORWAY

WW1 was boring as fuck, no one would watch a movie about guys sitting in a trench for a week and dying from poisonous gas in the end

Jews

how can France have such delusional "pride" but at the same time let their country be ruined by mudpeople?

>all that blue
Fucking embarrassing.

Hollywood has washed out brains.

How can amerimongrels?

lol France

Hahah, the French are so fucking deluded.

just watch wonderwoman already

>get demolished in a weekend
>"We did the most to win WW2!"
No wonder everyone hates the french.
Irrelevant little cunts who think everyone in the world should be speaking french.

The chart is bullshit. Usually people will say the Soviet Union or the U.S. Refer to:

not even french but do you realize how big france is? it's whiter than uk, germany, america and sweden which is actually impressive considering it still has colonies in micronesia, africa and the caribbean

>falling for a joke that would get on the front page of reddit
Bravo.

How does owning a few tiny islands make that impressive?
America still owns shit like Puerto Rice and Guam

At least France did more than murrica.

Yeah? When are we going to see a movie about it?

except they didn't

>France contributed to WWII victory
Literally how?

It felt more like WW2 movie desu.

>Commiethuanians

>The film is based on the autobiography of Joachim Nettelbeck, mayor of Kolberg in Pomerania, and on a play drawn from the book by Paul Heyse. It tells the story of the defence of the besieged fortress town of Kolberg against French troops between April and July 1807, during the Napoleonic Wars. In reality, the city's defense, led by then-Lieutenant Colonel August von Gneisenau, held out until the war was ended by the Treaty of Tilsit. In the film, the French abandon the siege.
>The film's extra cast was a massive 187,000 people out of whom about 50,000 were soldiers. The film has the second highest cast strength after Gandhi (1982).

But this image is a joke by some redditpr. French people don't think like this.

gross french food weakened the nazis, otherwise they would have won

If it was character driven, I'd watch that.

>it's whiter than uk, germany, america and sweden
OH NO NO NO NO

that's hilarious

I think I saw something like that not too long ago and the perception in france had gone from the soviet doing the most to the united states doing the most over half a century.

Nope.
The soviets probably did the most to beat the nazis, but the murica and uk would be close seconds, with murican involvement being important for not turning the whole continent red.

...

lol

Imagine how fucking shitty life in Europe would be today if America had never gotten involved and Russia ended up in charge of Europe

LEL. Soon "delusional" will be associated with France the way "fat" is associate with Merrica if you keep up your dumposting, Pierre.

The average person doesn't even know who was on which side in WWI. There's no market, even though WWI is really interesting from a historical standpoint.

There's that, there's also the fact of how much people started to hate the SU after WW2.

Because WW2 really allows Hollywood to emphasize whites as people who are eternally criminals, racists, and all that's bad in the world

think about who makes movies (it turns out this is true even in Europe because hey, movies need financing)

tied up tons of division and one of their best generals in africa

>Less white than Bulgaria
Ouch

At least it'd still be white.
No one wants to immigrate to a shithole.

WWI was even more of a European conflict and America makes the movies

Wow....so this...is the power....of Hollywood movies.

Ripe for chinese colonization and saudi pleasure hotels.

The sides for WW1 were pretty much as the sides for WW2.

Plus WW1 has a very steampunk look to it due to early mechanized warfare.

>implying that's not the case right now too

can you blame them? have you ever seen a WWII movie or played a WWII video game?

the world would be much better if Germany had won WW1

>Why are there almost no WWI movies?
not as exploitable by jews

not even kidding

Also better facial hair

Easterners are blue because having Socialist dictatorships installed in their countries is not really what you would call winning

>the world would be much better if Germany had won WW1
Maybe.
Depends on the peace deal.

And how that would change the first atomic bombings in war.

Bardzo dobrze

>america never gets involved
>doesn't supply soviet union
>Germany steam rolls the commies without american railroads
>Ushers in 1000 years of white utopia, while the brits are forced to remove jews from their leading elite

How does a burger function? I can't imagine.

Not as exploitable by anyone really.
It's a bummer of a war. Can't as easily portray a villain in it as with ww2.

WW2 was fought against a terror regime that scorched Europe in its conquests. People love stories about the good gus coming to defend liberty or whatever. In WW1 the "bad guy" is far less clear cut. The theme in works about WW1 is the pointlessness of it all. Which is great material to make stories out of, but not for general audiences I guess.

Wow, no wonder we're so fucked if this is the power or hollywood.

>harder to present a war with cavalry and shit
>no poor holovictims agenda

>>doesn't supply soviet union
damn I keep forgetting about that.
I need to read up more on soviet supplies from the US.

>""""utopia""""
I bet you also suck Adolf's pencil dick too.

Yuropoors always discount and/or ignore the Pacific.

>France literally has the best war record in Europe

I don't think german honor would have allowed them to make such drastic demands from the allies at that point. But however it would have been interesting to see how Britain or France would have reacted to being jewed out as badly as Germany was.

>doesn't supply soviet union
Memelease accounted for less than 2% of Soviet war effort. Also, most of it was recieved in 1945.

>it's just another Sup Forums bait thread

I was a leader in supplies in the army and let me tell you this: Supplies win wars.

Yeah and Britannia ruled the waves.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED 400 YEARS AGO!

What?

kaiserreich mod for hoi4

>force japan trough oil trade sanctions to attack you or kiss their empire goodbye
>conquer them when they are pushed to the corner and decide to attack

Nice strategy but a bit too jewish for my liking.

Could Britain have been jewed at that point? Thinking they would've just been safe on their side of the channel, but france and russia could've been jewed.

>marie-Pierre
That's a girls name isn't it?

It's not like Germany was being forced to capitulation, it agreed to surrender. And Britain had even more jews in command than Germany. And so did France. Russia was considered to be at the side of the losers anyway, they weren't even at the peace negotiations.

Oops meant for

Can't make holocaust references in a ww1 movie

Is this the only example you can think of?

Can't think of a way to tie a story together for it, but seeing a a decent director with a huge budget do something like the 3rd battle of Ypres would be pretty fucking epic. The human tragedy would probably make some people leave the theater. Or Verdun or The Somme, all good options.

That's the other thing, besides all the jew jokes you have to remember that WW1 was called the Great War for a reason; people legit thought it was a war to end all wars (for a minute). It wasn't sexy war, it was cannon fodder warfare. The generals (on all sides) would send hundreds of thousands of soldiers to their deaths over and over again. Given how much warfare changed and how quickly it was basically gross incompetence: the war. Almost everything you read about it from people who were there is negative, there was no honor or glory to it.

Not sure if this is gonna get me called a redditfag or a shill now that I think about it, but Dan Carlin did a pretty good job summing it up in his Blueprint for Armegeddon series which is still out free if you like podcasts and have about 24 hours to spare.

>DA JOOOS DA JOOOS DA JOOOS WAHHHHH!

cool

There is no honor or glory in any war.

Instead of bitching, post some WW1 films. I can think of All Quite on the Western Front and Joyeux Noël just off the top of my head.

I remember when i was 18 also.

oh no no no nonono

surrenderfag pls

Based Norwegians

There was that Spielberg horse movie.

well you cant really admit that the country that won ww2 almost singlehandedly is the country sitting across from you threatening you with nuclear weapons

It was different when it was more or less about hand to hand combat, even Napoleon era wars looked nothing like WWI. Everyone went back to their respective countries depressed which is probably another reason we don't see WWI movies: modern nation states don't want the general public to be reminded about how fucked up war is. In WWII there is a clear cut bad guy, not so much in WWI.

You could probably make a really scathing nihilistic war film about it, I'm actually kind of surprised a bleeding heart hasn't made one yet. Looking at this list apparently Daniel Craig was in one called The Trench in 1999 which was about the battle of the Somme, might give that a watch later.

J'Accuse is about the war and was filmed during the war. I believe they filmed some parts on actual frontilnes

WW1 was pretty much orchestrated by jews and it was only used to kill white people, sell and waste resources and strenghten jewish positions by grinding down nations. There is a reason why liberal media isn't talking about it.

The real question is why there’s no WWIII movie? That’d look fresh, possibly make the mankind pussy out on using nuclear weapons or using them to a limited capacity or some Black Swan that prevented using them or make it just about post-nuclear fighting and not only survival.

Scenes in 12 Monkeys were really good.

When the only WW1 tv series has been a fantasy one only loosely based on WW1

all weebs should be hanged

World War II genuinely fits in the 3 act structure bizarrely well. There's also underdogs, twists, betrayals, alliances, and a kino climax with the atomic bombs being dropped.

Big fan of the UK's percentage going up though

You have no idea what you're talking about

>Memelease accounted for less than 2% of Soviet war effort
Post a source that isn't based on Soviet records made after the war
In actuality lend lease to the Soviets were so extensive that there were genuine fears within the Soviet politburo that there was a growing faction within it willing to play along with the Americans after the war to maintain the material supply. After Stalin's death Beria took the blame for being the head behind the conspiracy, of course there's no solid proof of him ever being involved though.
