Justice League is in my top 3 favorite movies of the year so far. Some flaws. But this is by far my favorite moment in movies in like the past 10 years. The shift was pretty much the perfect shot
The characters wree amazing. The story was fine. The Amazonians were strong and awesome and people crying about the costumes are whores
Tell me Sup Forums, tell me you dont just follow rottontomatoes to tell you what you like? I mean this is /ourmovie/
no feminism, no forced diversity, coherent story leading up to a bigger one, henry caville was goat in this movie.
The only criticism you could say is Joss Whedons reshoots to add politics in were shitty, but that can easily be corrected with a Snyder director's cut
Brayden Rivera
man the amazonians are pathetic thousands of years and still using bow and arrows that bounce off or deflect off the parademons and steppenwolf. no wonder they got rekt so easy
Carter Miller
technology is muh soggy knee
Gabriel Cruz
aren't they magic though? Bullets would just bounce off gods
Luis Lopez
I really want to see Snyders original cut Whedon absolutely wrecked this movie, hes all over it and its cringy as hell. Also the score was awful except the flash theme which was pretty cool Honestly Whedon did way more damage to this movie than good and the 2 hour runtime mandate is insanely stupid for this type of movie
Ethan Cooper
The Batman throwback to the original Batman movie score was nice
I could tell a few of the reshoots, wasn't sure all of them.
Owen Edwards
Snyder made a movie that tst audiences said was unwatchable. The studio said it was unreleasable. He panicked and killed his step daughter to get away from this career killer. Now the mentally retarded are blaming the man who took 4 hours of shit and tried to save it for them.
Aaron Russell
Your title is pure bait that stifles any constructive discussion about this movie. Go back to the dc subreddit

I just watched Justice League. It is a solid movie On the same playing field of other capeshit movies, Marvels specifically, this is one of the best ones. It has a simple and coherent plot, a weak villain, but it also has the best visuals, charachter arcs, action set pieces and even comedy (tell me one Marvel's gag that was funnier than Aquaman monologue) than all of the Marvel's movies. So why is being shitted on so much?
Now, in comparison to other Zack Snyder's movies, it's all another matter. It felt like if Refn made Drive 2 and instead of making it another slylized neo noir, he made it a trashy Fast and Furious clone. The movie is bland, run of the mill, cookie cutter shit. An horrible CGI fest brought down by too many quips and all kind of pacing issues since they condensed it in 120 minutes and berate it with constant reshoots even though Affleck and Cavill were in no condition to reshoot anything. The editing in particular was bad. You could tell certain dialogues were cut harshly as were some more practical action set pieces. The first one in particualr, when Batman face an house robber was atrocious. There were point were you could see they cut too much to made it shorter and because of that Batman literally seems to miss some steps. Like you see in a wide shot he is moving towards the grunt and the next shot he is already on it, punching him in the face Also the color grading was horrible, as they tried to make it a Whedonesque movie and thus they upped all the brightness and reduced all of the saturation. All the light and the windows you see in the film are costantly blown out and all the contrasted lights Snyder is so fond of are dragged into a greyish fest.
But, it's a bad movie? Fuck no. It's unadultered capeshit, but capeshit consistently gets 90% scores, so why not this one? I really don't know.
Ian Rogers
well i'm straight up telling you I'm 100% serious. I think you guys were taking in on the reddittier Marvel disinformation campaign.
Like ok I'm sure you've seen the movie by now, you're seriously gonna tell me this is not /ourmovie/?
Cameron Taylor
Seriously I would paypal $50 to anyone who could effectively convince me that Aquaman's speech was worthy of this level of criticism by feminists. It made fucking sense.
Landon Morris
Oh i really want a directors cut just to see the retards defending another Zack bleak awfull capeshit
Austin Brown
Flash and Aquaman were cast terribly.
Everyone had the same style of quippy humour apart from Flash who they decided to make like Leonard from the Big Bang Theory, maybe this is a homage to their Lex Luthor being an evil Sheldon Cooper.
Charles Mitchell
not a bad review. I didn't notice that about Batman but there was that scene with WW wearing a scarf or something out of nowhere. >batman leaves room, shows her not wearing scarf >goes to Batman, wearing it Which speech? When he was on the lasso of truth?
Joseph Thompson
I want to like it. I even felt the NEED to like it. But I just cant. Its subpar. It tries to mimic Marvel movies with shitty quips and ooc moments. I want, fucking want this to be the capekino and can stand against the lighthearted marvel movies, but it instead choose to become a mimic.
They even had a chance. to experiment with Suicide Squad about how to create a team-up movie, but still fails. Jesus fuck, what were they thinking?
Liam Stewart
Ezra is the perfect Flash not.
Jaxon Scott
Justice League would be my top 3 favorite movies of the year if I had only seen two other movies this year.
Nathaniel Hill
I think the did the costume and effects good though. They made his quirkiness a little too nu-male like for me though.
Gavin Lopez
>no feminism, no forced diversity
lol that's not what SMASH THE WHITE MALE PATRIARCHY says
>But this is by far my favorite moment in movies in like the past 10 years
Just like the faggots who praised Rogue One because it had the vader scene.
>Tell me Sup Forums, tell me you dont just follow rottontomatoes to tell you what you like? I mean this is /ourmovie/
Sounds like it's more r/ourmovie you reddit faggot.

RAPIST LEAGUE SUCKED
You DCucks are either trolling or lying to yourselves.
ps... have sex, ya simps!
Cameron Morris
yeah the lasso of truth. He is literally getting hate because he called her beautiful
Parker Ross
This. Fucking this. Flash should be the jokester of the group, but when everyone is now a jokester to mimic Marvel, the Flash had to become a caricature to make him stand out.
When cyborg says "booyah" in one scene it left asour taste in my mouth. Same with Aquaman in that one scene. Too many cringy quips.
Nicholas Baker
The costume looked better in motion that stationary. Not a fan of the blue lightning, but the characterization was the worst.
Cyborg's ironically had the worst design but solid acting.
Logan James
I hated Rogue one, this movie was fun and did what it was supposed to do. entertain you
Bentley Garcia
>no feminism
Work on your troll.
Jeremiah Wood
>When cyborg says "booyah" in one scene it left asour taste in my mouth. Booyah is Cyborg's catchphrase of sorts though. Did you not watch Teen Titans?
Hudson Brown
literally who was joking? On occasion there was a joke but what jokes are you talking about?
Easton Nelson
cyborg was my 2nd favorite character in the movie
Brandon Gutierrez
>Batman: Something's bleeding, he's tall, point me to Atlantis >Supes: Do you bleed, You're off the team >Flash: Snackhole, bad with directions x 2, pet semetary x 2
Nolan Evans
What was the most kino moment? For me it may be That first fleeting shot of Deathstroke, ribbons crackling over the lake in the cool evening wind.
Jace Taylor
>ustice League is in my top 3 favorite movies of the year so far. Some flaws. But this is by far my favorite moment in movies in like the past 10 years. The shift was pretty much the perfect shot
Angel White
strong female warriors =/= feminism. Learn the difference between hating wamyn power shit and just hating women in your movies
Owen Adams
>booyah is cyborg's catchphrase fuck if they really did that for a homage then its my bad then. He just seems so stoic before and it felt so out for me.
Everyone atleast jokes twice, even with stoic characters. Batman's "something's bleeding lol" when crouching and Supe's "I'd rather die lol" after separating the core being some examples that I still cringe when remembering it. Flash then had to create reddit tier jokes like the Pet Sematary and the Ice Skating ones to amp it up.
Christian Butler
Not top 3 movies of the year of course but top 3 cape film ever made
Isaac Richardson
That Flash vs Superman in superspeed was kino. Sad that Steppenwolf is such a weak and literal who villain there are no kino moments of him. When he is swarmed by parademons in the end was kinda good, but it just seemed disney villains tier its not even funny
Colton Robinson
>something's bleeding It's not "orange slices" type bad. It's a totally valid line, and I would argue it showed Batman's frailty compared to the other heroes
>he's tall again this wasn't a quip, it was meant to show his shock at him which it did effectively
>point me to Atlantis Ok this one I'll admit I don't get, is it a joke? I don't understand the meaning of the line, is it meant to be an insult that Batman knows about Atlantis? I don't get the criticism for this one but maybe I'm missing something
>Do you bleed it's a callback, this is not meant in a funny quipy mnner
>You're off the team i forget the context of this line but I can infer it happened after a serious moment. Even so it's not a quip it's a joke, maybe it didn't hit with you. Fact is that it didn't just throw random words in, it makes sense in the situation
Flash is the quipy one so not sure why you even including any of his lines. And pet cemetery joke I laughed at both times. I don't get your criticisms at all of the lines.
Lucas Flores
Henry Caville made me love him in this movie and made me love Superman again. God I hope the director's cut of that scene is longer cause i need more
Nathan Collins
I'm trying to imagine how they filmed this scene. If you've been on the set you couldn't restrain for laughing when Flashstein is looking like a dumb fuck at the camera while pretending to sprint.
Joseph Cox
who cares if they joke? Even the dark knight series has moments of jokes and quips and that shit was dark as hell.
Lemme guess, in Batman Begins when he says "nice coat" you guys take that to be a quip right?
Chase Cook
I feel like people will either accept bad moments as memes if they like the movie, or simply chastize the movie for the moment if they want the movie to fail
Jonathan Kelly
A guy actually clapped and whooped when Cyborg said that. He was responsible for 90% of the audience's response in the theater.
Same here, I really liked Ray Fisher's acting style.
Easton Garcia
>Same here, I really liked Ray Fisher's acting style. Watching the interviews and presscons, Ray Fisher seems to be the most enthusiastic of the cast.
>Affleck: coughs, sneezes, looks lifeless, spouts sexual harassment jokes >Gadot: doesn't quite comprehend questions, mangles up her responses >Ezra: hyperactiveattentiondeficitdisorderspasticaspergerfaggot >Momoa: aquaCHAD >Cavill: no i'm totally not in this film at all >Fisher: Omg I love this film and Cyborg's great, there's so much development behind him as Victor Stone, personal tragedy, conflicts within, too bad most of it's cut
Adam Bennett
i kinda didnt like how chad aquaman is. he seemed like a chilled surfer rather than the ruler of Atlantis
Hunter Turner
>rather than the ruler of Atlantis HEY GUYS IMMA USE A TRIDENT IN MUH SOLO MOVIE WATCH IT KAY?
Caleb Baker
i mean i will still, but still want to see him be more regal
Nathaniel Miller
yeah, they may have overused the lightning a bit but it looked nice. Yeah, Cyborg was a bit stoic like that but he hasn't come to terms with his new body so he has a valid reason to be like that. >You're off the team That was part of the bet Superman made with Flash before they raced. It was a joke and the movie was already over so I don't see the problem with it. I laughed at it. I mean, I suppose it was suppose to look stupid. He insulted everyone else and only complimented her so I don't see the problem.
Kevin Sanders
>He insulted everyone else and only complimented her so I don't see the problem. Fucking SJWhedon won't allow females to be insulted in any way at all.
Oliver Reed
This movie was not a pleasant experience. The box office speaks the truth enough since it's only slightly better than SS. It doesn't appeal to any kind of quality standard at all It's a completely bland flick made even cringier by the fact that it still keeps Snyder's mudwatery visuals
Kayden White
This movie was not a pleasant experience. The box office speaks the truth enough since it's only slightly better than SS. It's so boring, you can't even be pissed at something in particular because everything about it stands flat when put altogether. There's really an overall lack of any quality standards, which makes it difficult to even compare it with any kind of comic or cartoon since those kind of medias have more articulation than a toy commercial. Not even licensed videogames are made with this carelessness. It's just a completely bland flick made even cringier by the fact that it still keeps Snyder's mudwatery visuals while Family Guy-tier jokes where forced in every scene. It's saddening to see what was at least an attempt to make an obligatory blockbuster series interesting to be scrapped in favor of an even more childish version of The Avengers which came out too many years later for people to care about.
Zachary Edwards

I hate Whedon so much and I don't understand how he can even call himself a feminist. I think he is probably hiding behind the label.
