Zuko stole that bird-thing-animal from them.

They should make Kylo Ren like Zuko. Have what's her face get seduced by the dark side and Snope tells her to complete her transition by killing Kylo, but he manages to survive and goes to Luke who feels safe training him now because he was seduced by the dark side but chose to step away from it. Then we have the crazy powerful Mary she villain who just gets her powers without working for it vs the underdog Zuko character.

I've been saying that for a while, Snoke drops Kylo for Rey since she's so naturally perfect (like Azula) and he does some self-discovery shit and is redeemed in the end.

when we meet them for the first time Iroh is calmly drinking tea waiting for Azula to show up and kill Zuko and then he has the guts to say that he loved Zuko as his own son

in general Zuko's character and plot holes surrounding relationship between him and his uncle are the biggest minus of the show
which is funny because his "hero's journey" is the best part of it

Even if they didn't want him to kill the firelord the lion turtle stuff should have been introduced much earlier on. Aang should have had visions of that shit, it wouldn't be hard to write either since his death and revival could have made him more in tune with the spirit world and the balance of the universe or some shit.

there was no fucking need for the dilemma at all. you can't tell me we're supposed to believe aang didnt kill people when a few episodes back in the invasion he was crashing war balloons or even as far back as season 1 where he blasts soldiers off the walls of the fortress from the blue spirit episode.
Sure it's nickelodeon, they couldnt show him actually killing ozai, he could have easily be thrown off a cliff or have loads off rubble fall on top of him or exploding like combustion man or hell, just HAVE HIM BE FUCKING ARRESTED. azula didnt need dumb spirit bending to be stopped. the point being, aang wasted most of his time in the finale with a completely unnecessary dilemma only to get a magic cop out in the end.

I think Azula, at least she was great throughout all of the original series. Korra sucked from episode one.

LoK was so fucking bad after watching Avatar. Also, I was expecting it to be a hell of a lot gayer than it was. After suffering through seasons 1-2, 3 was ok, but they squandered it with season 4 by having like one depressed korra episode, and then suddenly everything's happy again. Like, all they had to do was have asami and Korra pal around for a bit, particularly after the s3 ending.
It wasn't a total lost, though. TLA was really great, well for watching, if for entirely different reasons than I expected, particularly since the two are so unrelated. Hell, I don't even mind the lore gets even more retarded with every episode through the shows. And at least I got an unexpected bonus azula and tylee make my benis feel gud

Probably one of the best, and most sympathetic villains in fiction. I always thought TLA should have had an epilogue of sorts, since her arc never got wrapped up, and a lot of others were rushed. Toph, Mai, Zuko, Ty Lee, even Iroh, and the water tribe... And that's only major characters.

Zuko was using dragon fire, that's why he could firebend again without rage. The colors aren't part of it, if they were then Iroh's fire would look different. How is he a jerk?
