WHAT MOVIE IS THIS:
we are in outer space, as the human kind has left the earth for it's last days. They have limited supplies, so couples in the space ship (It's gigantic actually) may only have one child pr couple. But one day, a woman gives birth to her second child, and hides her away until she grows up and understands the risk that she's in. But stupidly she goes out to the dance this spaceship has for the youngsters and gets caught there, whilst her brother sees her and tries to save her from the situation.
Movie I do not remember, and cannot find

Im looking for a film which had trailers out about two years ago. It took place in the desert and it's pretty much about two dudes hunting each other down and shit. Looked like a thriller. Any help?
Mad Max?
Nope. It was realistic, a drama set in modern times i think. Just two dudes doing cat-and-mouse in the desert with rifles.
This is the plot for one of the characters in The 100 on netflix
Beyond the Reach?
WELL IT WASN'T THE HUNDRED, THAT I WOULD HAVE REMEMBERED. It was an actual movie.
There was the Mexican border crossing one. They weren't hunting each other. One dude was getting hunted by the other. There is also The Wall, which is two snipers trying to get each other in Iraq or similar.
It was a made for TV sweeps week movie called 'Among the Stars'
I can't find anything about it online but I remember watching it
Which is the border one?
Sorry, don't think this is it.
Second quote was meant for the Beyond the Reach post, my bad.
The movie came out in 2014-15 as I remember, I'm not sure that it is what you're talking.
Darn, it seems good tho.
Desierto or some shit. Stars Gael Garcia Bernal.
That one with the immigrants?
Can you give us a time frame? Did it seem to be 80's or earlier?
Yah.
In the movie?
It's futuristic, and was probably made in the last 3-4 years, as I have seen it at least 2 times.
Just watched the trailer and nope. Im pretty sure what im looking for is a desert 1v1 between 2 men. I think one of the dudes might have been a fugitive.
I don't know. For some reason I'm thinking of this, but the plot doesn't match up
Sounds like pilot(?) episode for The 100, that is literally the backstory of one of the main characters.
I had this weird dream today, where a mother got her newly born child taken away by terrorists. Then I woke up and thought "We live in a shitty world" but THEN, I remembered this movie where a mother hid her child away for like 15 years, and as I know, it's just flashbacks back and forth with her brother. Her brother was in the "Police" of this space ship, but got thrown out because they found his sister.
I swear to god it wasn't the hundred.
Aaaaaaand nope.
Are you sure? Because you described the plot of the 100 exactly. So either another movie was made recently with the exact same plot, down to the dance and everything, or you're misremembering.
>it wasn't the hundred
you are FUCKING WRONG though
No way a recently made movie who has literally the same story including the dance would overlap that much with The 100 without it getting noticed by media.
Nothing has come out in the last 3-4 years that match your description.
What's your time frame? Do you remember the rough time it seemed like it was released? Also any other details?
Oh shit it was the hundred, wtf - but I don't want to watch the hundred again :( darn
There are no movies from the last 3-4 years with that plot. There is a TV show from the same period with that exact plot.
I'm gonna have to say you're confused user.
I was indeed. . .
That's from the 100. Octavia's backstory.
Like 2-3 years ago. I saw a trailer in a theater 1 time and never heard of it again. For some reason the name Charlie Day comes to mind despite me knowing he wasnt in it.
It was goon until they vent back to earth without a sick military presence so they could actually control a area and build a community that could withstand barbarians and eventually get locals to swear fealty for aid and eventual uplifting while boosting the tribal leader's families with vaccines and surgery.
Sounds like Seraphim Falls, but that came out in 2006
It became shit, when the whole earthlings landed on paradise.
Holy shit, this thread inspired me to look again and I found it. It's Mojave (2015). Has anyone seen it and is it any good?
its this, i literally just watched that show. tv show the 100
