I'm seriously impressed by Batfleck. I fucking hate Whedon and he could even elevate Whedon material
His reaction to Aquaman sitting down on the lasso of truth is what sold the whole scene

Does anyone have that gif from yesterday of him on the set during the original filming, laughing and smiling and twirling the mask around for the camera

I got you senpai

>his smile
>gone forever

HOW DO WE SAVE HIM AND MAKE HIM COME BACK AS BATMAN ONE MORE TIME?

We send him a care package of Alias DVDs and Jack Daniels

>Best Batman ever

the competition isn’t exactly stiff, his only real rival is Keaton, who easily tops him

Affleck even tried to beat Keaton in how many retarded faces he could make during JL

Keaton is overrated, and the film gives him so little to do

...

This. The only thing Keaton has is that he was in the movie from everyone's childhood. Other than that he is pretty goofy and lame. The best batman is still Conroy, especially from Arkham games

I'm sure Sup Forums could cobble enough money together to buy the movie rights to all DC properties and do the whole thing from scratch.

he was only a good batman in BvS, he was given shit to use in JL

too bad he will never get back into the shape he was in during bvs if he ever does the batman solo

youtube.com/watch?v=JKSottBl7ow
>That guy who grabs batmans cape and drags him to the ground
I fucking love this fight scene, so nice to see the goons not be retarded and get one-up on the hero every now and then

capeshit fucked ben up twice now. I had really high hoped for his bats, but the writers obviously didn't.

he should have got a solo movie before the team up cashgrab.

Yo what's up with the music score for JL movie? It sounded like some retard just mashed the cartoon theme songs of batman,Superman together. Even the music sounded terrible. No fucking emotion at all.

Each character should have had its own movie. Also I thought Ben was going to direct the Batman movie and JL movie too? Why they screwed my boy Ben over?

I got the perfect villain for it, too...

>he was only a good batman in BvS, he was given shit to use in JL
No shit dude. He didn't work in JL cos he didn't do anything...

>too bad he will never get back into the shape he was in during bvs
His shape is fine. Just make a bigger Bat suit and anyway Batman SHOULD be big and bulky looking not skinny like Bale so I have no problem with Affleck's weight gain

>Yo what's up with the music score for JL movie?
Elfman had very little time to compose so he just used bits from 89' Batman and a part of original Superman movie. Only thing that sounded new was the bank scene otherwise the score did not even exist in the movie

That gangster movie he did failed at the box office and WB are run by hacks
The current head of the studio started out working for them in the 90s running their 6 Flags amusement parks

He was supposed to produce, write, direct, and star in The Batman
It would have been the Citizen fucking Kane of capeflicks

I don't know if he was supposed to have involvement making Justice League - but having in your cast a noted director and writer seems a more logical to turn to when the director has family matters to attend to than Whedon

They're not giving the WB characters their own films because they don't understand them and think they're goofy and think audiences will reject them
This is why they only ever do anything with bats and supes in a selffulfilling cycle

Well it fucking suck!!!!! It felt like I was watching a cartoon or worst Batman and Robin all over again.

Elfman was brought in late to the production, had to start the day he got the phone call, was often composing and scoring without any film

I forgot how shit the Batplane looks in these movies

>make Superman and Batman movies and release them 6 months apart from one another

>Batman contends with Gothams mob, maybe they assemble a team of second tier villains to take him down, goons like Firefly for example

>Superman starts out saving the day from natural disasters but soon enough there is a bank robbery perpetrated by the robots from the classic Fleischer cartoon The Mechanical Menance, why? because its cool fuck you, they have been built by The Toy Maker and he and his creations are the super villain of the story. Something larger than life but human.

I want to emphasise this because having a bunch of Kryptonians the villain of the first film is way too overpowering.

>there is background material in both films suggesting the mob and Toy Maker were working for a mastermind. Ultra-Humanite? Vandal Savage? A villain that is human, but powerful enough to threaten Superman.

>Follow this with Worlds Finest: Batman finds the evidence linking the mob and Toy Maker and the mastermind. The mastermind, Ultra-Humanite or Vandal Savage, creates Parasite or Metallo to kill Superman. Batman and Superman team up to take them both on.

My preference would be for Savage, Billy Zane would be good as him I think.

And then you have other characters films

And then you have Justice League. Only then you should have a villain like Zod, Darkseid, etc

...

What role can Walton Goggins play?

Evil Green Lantern?

With red hair it becomes very obvious

this is the Alec-Baldwin-stillframe form of him in actual motion. How does he look so different?

>What role can Walton Goggins play?

>how does he look so different
Its from the initial production
Before the breakdown
Before the bombing of his film
Before the alcohol
Before the reshoots

>inital production
thats what's confusing but perhaps it's all about expressions/attitude. He looks badass when he's frowning but when he's fat and depressed or here choosing to adopt the numale gape, he turns into the beta baldwin

He really is the best Batman ever, and only fags think it's shit that he kills.

>does absolutely nothing at the final battle
>just shooting at random parademons
>got his ass handed by parademons

nah hes shit

The only reason Batman never kills anyway is so there is an excuse to have recurring villains.
It was always dumb to me, Superman is a literal God, he can afford to have a strict moral code. Batman doesn't have that luxury, him killing people he considers to be dangerous to the public makes perfect sense.

>has assebled the League

yea sure shit bro

If Batman killed he would just be The Punisher in a gay little outfit. Batman is cool because of his morals, he does not kill, and he’s dark and stoic, he is a spectre, that’s Batman. He was perfect in BvS besides the killing, now he’s an overweight quipper who should canonically blow Jared Leto’s Joker head off the second he sees him

>it's shit that he kills
If you watch closely he never fires first but only returns fire.

Man of Steel was kino, but I honestly believe they should've got Zack Snyder to do the Batman reboot instead. Even people who trashed BvS admitted that Batman was great.

The best because he has the best fight scenes? That is not a tribute to the actor, that's the choreographers, filmmakers and stuntmen.

As for the actor, I can't get over his bloated cheeks and how fat he looks in the suit. Especially with the lighting in JL his suit looks like it's from a porn re-make.

Yeah, he's not really going out of his way to kill people or anything. It's more like after seeing Robin die and Gotham just get worse and worse over the years he can no longer give enough of a shit about some lowlives and thugs to actively save them or prevent collateral damage.

Sounds like shit. Glad you aren’t working anywhere important.

It would make thing worse

Affleck had more to do in BvS easily than he did in JL

He's replaced by CGI fully in most of his scenes and the only time he had a proper Batman fight faggots complained he was too brutal

Honestly I would prefer every Batman fight to be like that warehouse scene forever

Mike from RLM pointed that out perfectly.
The costumes were designed for a Snyder film, Snyder has a very clear vision when it comes to the cinematography and the suits would look good in the darker lightning. But they colored the scenes up or shoot complete in daylight so the Batman suit looks goofy.

We'd need Shatner on board

>Each character should have had its own movie
why? because marvel did it?

Batman as a character has had 6 big solo movies. He didn't need another one just yet.

>who should canonically blow Jared Leto’s Joker head off the second he sees him
Not really, because he has changed.

It's obvious from BvS that something happened that caused him to go off the deep end and not care anymore. But after his fight and short lived team up with Superman he has come back to his roots.

Fucking hell I forgot how hardcore Batman was in BvS compared to JL. I'm so mad at WB now.

The Batman from the Burton movies until the Schuhmacher ones is the same Batman (even Clooneys version is extremely different from Keatons, Kilmer at least try to act like Keaton), the Batman from the Nolan films is also his own version of the character, I always thought Snyders Batman is the same as Nolans just older, but nope, a new Batman.
So it's not like Wolverine where every version is the exact same character.

oh look it's the hourly pleb thread

Affleck is utter shit kids, particularly in the hands of Snyder, another living utter shit himself.
Even WB doesn't trust him enough to give him a standalone movie.
If Affleck was so good as you all proclaim, how come he has yet to do a standalone batman movie hmm? Could it be that he hasn't convinced anyone in the role but turboplebs?

Fuck off with this "everyone should have a solo meme"

It doesn't matter that it's a different version. We fucking know Batman now, and BvS gave us enough info to know who this Batman is.

A solo film would have added nothing.

You're just an idiot who thinks the only way to do these films is the Marvel way.

but there is literally 0 reason that we need solo films for every character who appears.

>We won't ever get Batman scenes like this in the DCEU again

youtube.com/watch?v=LvlVwqd-FGU

>greatest Batman actor ever

That's not Michael Keaton or Adam West

>only fags think it's shit that he kills
What makes Batman compelling is his struggle to uphold his morals, you faggot. That's why all his best stories involve the Joker. It's not about whether he stops the Joker or not, it's whether he does so without taking the easy way out or not. It's the source of tension.
