Why did you put villain in quotes? The bad guys literally refer to THEMSELVES as evil. If there is one show where the villains are unambiguously villains, it is this one. Good taste, tho.

I'd say the show is B-tier at worst, but Spicer is clearly A-tier no matter how you look at it. I'd say a better example is pic related.

I still don't understand how she came to look that way when her as a ghost sounded like a hag. They did the same thing with Shendu having a raspy voice as a ghost, but alive it's deep. Plus he's this big bruiser of a dragon-man thing instead of a slender dragon as the Chinese long dragons are.

He was a major villain introduced in season 2. He may appear young but he is immortal. We got to see what he looked like as an older man before he regained his youth and attained immortality.

I always assumed that them being dead evil assholes forced them to have shitty voices, but gave them normal ones once returned to normal.

Basically he was the "cool" villain that every shounen tries to create that is the ultimate badass, but the problem is that you can't have the ultimate badass actually win in an episodic franchise, so the more he appeared in the show the worse of a character he became.

As I recall he was only trying to teach them because he was the best out of all of them and had to teach them his best way.Only by getting over his arrogant ass, (for the time being) and learning from his teammates was he able to defeat Jack in the first Xiaolin Showdown.
