The shows have too much filler. They should only be about 6 episodes. Only exception is season 1 daredevil.

I mean really punisher is a perfect example. The first 4 or 5 episodes are pretty good, everything up till 12 is shit, then 12 and 13 are good again.

They should have taken the violence in the show and multiplied it by 15. Everyone was excited as fuck when it showed it fighting the bikers and cartel, and then it's pretty much Law and Order for the rest until the last few episodes.

Frank is fighting gang members in the ghetto. It's a combination of projects and industrial areas after dark. Weapons used are handguns, baseball bats, chunks of concrete, bricks and knives. People thrown through windows and hit with pieces of rebar. He finds out they are being supplied by the bikers.

>Episodes 3-5
Frank is up against a biker gang in a more rural area. Seedy motels, bridge underpasses, and truck stops. Weapons are shotguns, submachine guns, handguns and just a few sticks of dynamite. There's a cool van chasing bikes scene. Frank learns the bikers are working for the Russian/Italian/Mexican/Asian cartel.

>Episodes 5-8
This takes place in the southwest. Frank is up against the cartel. Abandoned factory, mob boss' mansion. Guns are assault rifles, sniper rifles and grenades. Frank learns that they are being controlled by a rogue government element. There's a cool sniper scene.

>Episodes 9-12
Frank is up against PMC and rogue spooks. Takes place in downtown NYC. Moves from businesses to apartment buildings. Weapons are high-powered fully automatic weapons, night vision, explosives, silencers, heavy machine guns, smoke grenades, rockets. There's a cool scene with a helicopter ripping up downtown chasing Frank.

Frank is up against Agent Orange on a rooftop. Knives and hand-to-hand. The most brutal fucking bloody fight.

Not perfect, but I would rather watch that. A diversity of badguys and locations. Each episode ups the stakes with weapons.
