>a giant spider
>in a mainstream movie for all ages
>when arachnophobia is the second most common phobia, after public speech
Doubt it

You're right, I forgot these movies were for babies.

Ay yo, somebody order dis here giant spider?

It's not a giant spider, you pleb.

It's a Thanagarian snare beast, the most deadly animal in the Thanagar animal kingdom.

>giant spider
>not giant starfish

>I forgot comic book movies were for children

Not when they're done right.

Why would you fight it instead of joining it? Clearly it just wants to help us. We can do so much more together. #strongertogether

Most people see them as children's movies, though, especially the ones about mainstream characters like batman and superman. Shit like watchmen and 300 don't count because they're more obscure to normies so they don't even know they're based on comics, and even then, comics like those aren't really for adults, just teenagers.

patrick pls go

...

I can't hear you

So no public speaking in movies either?

Yeah, for teenagers and manchildren. Not exactly "adult" material.

What happens if she puts that on your dick?

The autism is real in this post.

Burton's Batman is campy and kid friendly. yes, even Returns. That one is kid-horror.

Yes, but we got an order of shitty "demodogs" instead. Can we get a return?

>That one is kid-horror.
Just like Temple of Doom and Poltergeist right?

I loved Burton's batman movies as a kid. The only thing in them that ever scared me was pic related, and a decent scare now and then is good for any child.

Horror is horror regardless of some forced prefix, you're going to tell me this scene only disturbs kids?

That scene didn't disturb me at all as a kid. Only as an adult.

>Burton's Batman
>kid friendly

Why didn't the just use the BvS Steppenwulf design?

I agree that the movie is dark and twisted, but I enjoyed the hell out of it as a child, and a lot of other children did, too.

what I wanna know is

why do they even stick with a retarded name like stephenwolf
thats some fucking online username of an edgy 13 year old

You're so young user, so so young.

>xXx_stephenwolf_xXx

It's because the demographic for DC movies is edgy 13-year-olds who play Minecraft.

that explains why superman has never made any sort of impassioned or meaningful speech in the DCEU.

That's only because it didn't work out so well the last time they tried it.

>there will be peace when the people of the world want it so badly that their governments will have no choice but to give it to them

He was the most hardcore villain of any superhero movie.

It was kid friendly. It's not soyboyfriendly now.

It's still a fucking retarded ass name, even if it's for kids.
