Lars and the real girl, with our guy Gosling and an underrated cute girl and that great actress from Transsiberian
In autumn, my go-to comfytime viewing is usually familiar stuff like Harry Potter, Star Wars, and/or Lord of the Rings. I also watch a shit ton of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Rifftrax between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
In Bruges
Fuck you I was just about to post this
Yeah, this film gets a lot of shit, but I found it comfy. I guess poorfags just can't sympathize.
This may be a bit out there, but I really enjoy low impact sci-fi. Stuff like Dark City, or Live Die Repeat, that's obviously sci-fi, but 90% of the film is just mundane actions and people.
The original series of star trek is also fantastic for this. It ends well, all the characters are great, and it's just so damn soothing.
Yes. Pure comfy kino from beginning to end.
