Why did Scatman assume Jack was beaten after he turned his second dagger into a bomb? The first dagger just exploded without harming Jack. Jack either not getting harmed again or him throwing the dagger away was to be expected.
Why didn't Scatman keep fighting? His remote sword was still fine.

If you're talking about the Gief matchup, I don't think it's even 6-4. Fangs damage barely tickles him, you can't pressure him as well as other character because of Lariat and the moment you get knocked down it's 50/50's into death. Zoning doesn't exist unless you're Guile
