This. I'm a Perifag because I have a soft spot in my heart for redeemed villains. I understand how people misinterpret some of her antics as being "memes" but I find her cluelessness charming. I find it fascinating to see how someone such as herself who comes from a very structured, planned, and organized background where she had one role to play with no expectation or urge to go against her predetermined role suddenly let loose upon the chaotic freedom of Earth and being a Crystal Gem. It's easy to view her behavior as childish, but I find it rather genuine for her character. She's just so fascinated with new concepts, items, and ideas that she's in a constant state of discovery, like a child. Now, don't twist my words. I certainly don't view her as a child, it's only childlike wonder.
Anyway, sorry about the blog post. I'll make it up by drawing a picture, and pour me another rum buck.
