Haven't seen this (X-men anime?) but I can totally see Emma using that outfit when she's trying to be a teacher. Always liked the idea that she is a queen bitch to most people but she does genuinely care for her students.
Another outfit I can see her using.
Somebody really needs to explain how the boobholders work tho. Just a line somewhere about high tech Shiar fabrics, or buying Reeds unstable molecule outfits, would go a long way to explain the impossible outfits she and psylocke like to use.
