ITT: We pitch ideas for episodes for a Gorillaz cartoon.

>Cyber noodle makes a return, challenges noodle for her place in the band
>Russ and Del have dream adventures a la Inception
>2D buys an annoying instrument, Murdoc protests
Noodle keeps trying to practice guitar but hilarity ensues when Murdoc basically becomes her music pimp charging people for street performances.
2D and Russel find a magic talisman that causes them to rhyme nonstop, at the end it's stolen by Snoop.

>can't refuse for reasons
>sneaks off every night to work on it
>the guys believe she has a secret boyfriend
>start doing some poor detective work
>entire episode is Noodle fights and the rest of the band accosting blokes they think are her mystery guy
Got one for a Halloween episode:
>Noodle has to spend the night fighting off zombies that are invading Kong
>The rest of the ghosts of Ruseel's friends that were gunned down along with Del come back to haunt him, giving him one last chance to say goodbye and come to terms with what happened to them and himself
>Murdoc dresses up in a shoddy whale costume trying to scare the shit out of 2D

Would the show take place in Kong Studios or Plastic Beach? I'm not convinced one would be better than the other, barring that PB is literally in the middle of the ocean

I feel that the show would progress alongside the albums, starting in Kong and ending up with them at PB.
And right now they're apparently at some apartment in London.
The episode where they'd show 2D and Murdoc meeting would be gold.

Can this be a thing? Murdoc's character already has a fucking amazing voice actor.
More of a general concept but in order to fund the new album, and Murdoc's lingering legal dalliances, he begins to sign the Gorillaz up for increasingly annoying things.
In one episode they appear on a reality show called "Flat Bloke" where they must live in and renovate a duplex before a couple (with no knowledge of the concept,) decide if they want to make it their home. If so, they win 100,000 pounds, but if not, they win nothing and get evicted.
In another, he agrees to test Virgin's first self-driving caravan across the country and 2D falls in love with a vacationing slag across the way.

Murdoc has a Mexican son and he has down syndrome.
Damon and Jamie need to be the neighbors who although you never see physically are always having a domestic and throwing furniture out of windows whenever the main cast walks by
preferably hitting 2D

2D gets a glimpse of inside Murdoc's winnebago and spends the rest of the episode trying to find out what's inside. When he finally finds out it's the most terrible thing he's even seen and goes crazy and blacks out.
Noodle shows Russel anime and turns him into a weeaboo, but stops when he re-enacts his friends' death in a samurai style.
It's been implied through "interviews" that 2D basically doesn't know what sex is. That, or he's just really pure. Dedicate an episode to that. Murdoc uses bad metaphors, Russ does the Marvin Gaye thing, and Noodle... does something.

>Season 2 is where it gets a bit darker, ultimately culminates in Noodles flying island being destroyed, Kong being overrun. 2D getting some of his organs replaced by Murdoc, everyone disappears at the series finale.

Yes there should be an episode about the band trying to teach 2D about sex. Murdoc being explicit and 2D not getting it. Russell being more textbook about it and 2D not getting it. Noodle giving the most sensible explanation and 2D not getting it. Then, as he is about to have sex again, he remembers everything his bandmates taught him, his bastard kids, puts 2 and 2 together and freaks out. The last shot of the episode is him at the Gorillaz' flat holding a baby, which is erased from canon by the next episode.
And Hewlette kept saying Noodle wasn't supposed to be sexualized.
