seen it last night, i feared the worst after watching some trailer parts with ford in his sweatpants and tshirt but he wasnt that bad.
Leto was in his typical overacting mode and sometimes it was kind of shit because of that.
K/joe and his >nogirlfriend sidestory was really too close to home.
The first half of the movie was great, second half needs some editing because it got slow.

I don't know about Sup Forums, but I felt good at the movies, like I haven't felt in a long time watching something new. My friends felt the same.

It's a beautiful movie, its story makes sense to the original one, it's different and yet, it aggregates coherently. It's the right way to do a sequel.

It doesn't give much details and just present the facts like they happen, leaving part of them to be interpreted like in the original. It's simple and complex.

I'm not saying it's a perfect movie, but it's a breeze of fresh air, I loved it.

I was here when Drive came out and even then people stopped making threads about it between it leaving theaters and the torrent coming out. Blade Runner 2049 is just way more ponderous and discussable movie than anything else that really appealed to Sup Forums, with a unique and appealing world, and characters that make us ask what it means to be human. Also many of the scenes are very open to the viewer's preferred interpretation.
