This underrated scene in scrubs
youtube.com
Theoden
The scene where he loses the 3 patients all at once because the organ donor had rabies and he is actually broken is the most difficult one for me
OP's post is the one people seem to bring up the most, but that breakdown when he looses those patients is the real gut punch. That had me bawling.
Im no superman

>saddest scene
youtube.com
As he's walking out and turns around with tears streaming down his face, you feel his pain
Gets me every time user
Love this but not really a sad scene tho. Felt like the ending of Scrubs desu
>lose 3 patients at once
>"I Lost a Friend" by The Fray starts playing
The episodes after that were sad too, when they tried to get him back
>still no My Last Words scene

yeah this one always gets me the most, I can't listen to How to Save a Life without thinking of it
This was pretty sad as well

The one where House is trapped under the building with girl who's leg is pinned always got me.

I looked this up before a while back because I loved it as a kid. When Frosty melted in the greenhouse I just started crying. I don't really know why.
Punished Dr. Cox is always the toughest for me to deal with

I know what it's doing but it still gets me although generally only if I watch the whole film(same with the sad shit in Intersteller)
Moments like that in kids movies tend to be pretty novel. It's all pretty light hearted and you get attached to the characters, and then you get what might be one of your first experiences of death/loss.
Iron Giant and Brave Little Toaster hit me real hard when I was younger.
