American footage is more iconic because back when they couldn't do effects they just plagiarized American footage. No one complained because people like those footage and didn't know where else to find them. Today movies can make footage on their own but they still follow that found footage shit. I don't know why. It must be because the test footage have power on their own

Yeah I guess. It really is a scary thought though. Now so more than ever for me at least with everything going on with North Korea. Side note, I’ve also been super skeptical about dream interpretations. Are they legit or total bullshit? Cause there’s apparently shit like you’re afraid of growing up/maturing/more adult things if you dream of your teeth falling out. But it’s make more sense to me if dreams were just totally random and your brains way of satiating it’s addiction to stimulus while you’re asleep

Never had sleep paralysis thank god. Closest I had I woke up in the middle of my appendectomy, was still paralyzed, because I couldn’t feel my diaphragm I thought I was suffocating. I was screaming in my own head for the doctors to help me but they just kept trying to lull me back to sleep. Couldn’t move, couldn’t talk. Was pretty nuts. They gave me great drugs to make up for it though.

sure, like I don't believe in books of dreams or treating it like a horoscope like some people do but I'm sure there might be some level of connection based on your individual experience and thus only you can try and analyze.
For example if you dream of rejection it means you fear or experienced a lot of rejection in your life (maybe not a one off dream, but by the second and third recurrent theme you should start worrying).
I've had some neat insights about myself over the couple past years just by noticing my dreams and how I reacted to them. Like it's always there(thus the dream) but when you notice how much is affecting you and realize the gravity of the situation then it really hits you in the gut.

You dream of your teeth shattering or falling out because you're clenching your jaw in your sleep, which you're more likely to be doing when being stressed. Same as how you have sex-dreams when you get a hard-on in your sleep, or have dreams about having trouble finding a toilet when you need a piss.
