How likely will this game have cross platform play? Would PC have a steady player base by it self?
There's been no mention of it and they haven't announced a PC version yet. They're probably waiting to do the PC port until later to avoid another Akrham Knight/MKX situation.

Well it seems pretty clear that if anyone is the costume/clone it's Freeze since all the stuff we've seen for the ice character is all for Cold. And at least we can fix him with the gear. Scarecrow is definitely an odd one though, they really need to reveal him officially already so they can get in there and explain him a bit.

I hope they don't give Robin a Nightwing skin. Its just not gonna work. Nightwing needs to be his own character. His staff moveset from the last game was pretty gud. so im gonna miss that.
