I'm sort of with you on that, because Disney is now known as an ass-fiend and little else(her relationship with Walt is barely explored as well as anything else with her characterization) and that CN is nothing but a butt-slut, instead of a trend chaser with bad taste at times.
I like all of them but Disney seems to be the weakest of the three in terms of characterization, but has had a very rich history in animation and what characterization CN had is sort of gone now.

Paramount, if it never made any movies that could flop, can be a great asset to Viacom due to it's movie and television library. Holy shit, the guy created Top Gun, Forrest Gump, the Godfather trilogy and hundreds of other great movies.
Parry really does try, but apparently Brad Grey and other executives were some of the biggest idiots in the industry and decided to waste hundred's millions of Viacom's own money on dumb shit like Monster Trucks and a Ben-Hur remake. They also couldn't work together as a team
