Both awful ideas. Johnny Bravo ran it's course and doesn't need to be brought back. Same for Dexter's Lab but also making it serial is a shit idea since the great thing about the episodic nature if Dexter is that you can have crazy shit happen like the lab exploding or Earth being destroyed and not have to worry about continuity and sticking to the status quo by the end
