Roiland is a peice of shit who tried to stop his employees unionize and get healthcare like some 19th century workhouse owner. He's also super thin skinned with an unwarranted ego. I can definitely see him being a rapist.

Harmon has expressed some pretty balanced views on the subject on Harmontown, but also said in the same paragraphs that now, with age, he views some stuff he did back then differently. Like asking an actress out to dinner without realizing that she is in effect his employee and he gives her little choice to say no (in principle; I mean he probably just got turned down and it was ok).
