I literally can't think of a single redeeming factor of Korra

Samurai Jack so far.

I wary that the show could fall apart if Ashii ends up getting too much attention, though.

Korra is shit and Samurai Jack isn't

i like both

Season 3 villains being badass.
Plenty more porn.
Bending sports and boxing styles of bending.

This. Samurai jack is better

Porn.

Why make a thread that you know is gonna be nothing but people saying the same thing OP

Can't object to that

...

The past three episodes of Jack were better than the entire series of Korra.

I wonder if Jack's sword could harm Vaatu.

Well, the third epsiode of Korra was a massive drop off in my opinion.

In all honesty if we're going on the first season of Korra, Samurai Jack pretty much has it in the bag. Scaramouche was just as enjoyable as Amon and had about half the screentime, and there's stl more episodes to go.

Korra's cup size.

>being badass
>"Two teenagers? My one weakness! Better suicide myself!"

Jack. Why? Simply because it's an actual continuation. Don't get me wrong, I like Korra but it's not TLA, while it has flashbacks we aren't watching Aang anymore. Jack however is right away from the get go. While we see '50 years' have passed it's still the same Jack with the same goal even if his challenge has somewhat morphed.

Both are shit. Sorry, Sup Forums.

I must have been the only person that didn't like Scaramounche, I like the idea of weapon but his voice is just awful.

best part of the first ep desu

> Korrasami Porn
> 7 assasin's + 1 high priestess
LoK can't compete anymore

The new Jack seems like an improvement on the original.

Korra was a different take on the franchise that wasn't as good as the original.

Honestly though I probably still like Korra more since I'm more into the Avatar series. Jack always had nice atmosphere, but I was never really invested in anything that was going on in the world.

I guess everyone's different, I just didn't find the voice or the character that interesting.

>6/7 assassins probably dead
>all look the same besides hair style

Yup, totally

I know it's petty and autistic, but I just can't get over how stupid that gun looks. I'm sure the show is great, but I can't watch it because of that.

Korras

You mean the gun he's already stopped using?

>Can't watch the show because of something that showed up for two seconds

It's not petty and autistic to find the gun stupid; it is fairly petty to put off watching a show for a design choice that only appears for a matter of seconds, though.

I wouldn't know, since I haven't actually watched it.
That's good, I'm fine with that.

Kinda stupid of you then. Oh well your loss.

Kyhu/iahfy is a gift we don't deserve.

Samurai Jack for sure, the only good thing that came from Korra was Rule 34

I never really got into the original Jack, but i find it amazing so far.

Korra is hard for me, because i like some parts alot and really want to like the rest, but it's creators seem hellbent on making me hate it.

I guess i'll go with prefering Jacks continuation.

>I wouldn't know, since I haven't actually watched it
oh, i get it
except you are wrong, i watched the entirety of korra, i watched more than people who like and defend the show since skipping season two is pretty common, and a good idea,
i watched every single second of korra made and i hated it all, i started hating in in episode three when pro bending was introduced and never stopped

I like the porn in Korra more cause Korra just has more choices in porn. But I love Samurai Jacks continuation a lot better.

Why even ask this question?

Muscle girl porn.

You know it could.

No shit they looked the same, they're septuplets.

Pro-bending was amazing and one of the very few original things in LOK that was actually good. Fuck the haters.

I wonder what Sup Forums thinks of OP now that we have the *ahem* new information about SJ.

Korra had that Wan story in it, which was top notch both in artstyle and in lore.

I hate Korra, so samurai jack.

>Which continuation do you like more?
Is dis scrub serious?

agree.
we lost her for a while, but she's slowly coming back.

You haven't watched E;R's videos yet, have you?

At this point, SJS5 is going to turn out EXACTLY like LOK, rendering the OP entirely moot.

I don't get why people think this way.

Even if Ashi gets more focus, it's still going to be in the Style of Samurai Jack. Genndy will still have mostly action scenes and dialogue less interactions with the world.

It's not going to turn into a long monologue or musical about how she can change her heart or something.

Air Nation lolis

Did you see the episode 8 description yet, user?

I like Jack but I have a feeling he will end up committing sudoku at the end, even if he defeats Aku.

She's like psudonym but with an actual drive to improve

Is she though?

No, the other thread only goes up to 8.

But my point still stands, even if the description is literally "entire episode about Ashi"

They shouldn't need to.

Don't be so hard on him, I really enjoyed the Wan episodes when I first watched them. It was only later that I realized just how fucked up they were. (Not that I didn't feel something was off right away.)

What was wrong with them?

There's so much that I really suggest you watch the videos instead: youtube.com/channel/UC4BZtFgtCuHUt0p8J-XENiA

Okay that's fair.

I've watched some of his videos but found them pretty lacking. If his thoughts can't be summarized in text, I'll pass.

This is just my take, I can't remember exactly what E;R said. Basically:

Spirit portals were fucking dumb. Changed the spirit world from a mystical parallel world to an extension of the physical world. You can actually walk there now.

Avatar was changed from one entity (part human, part spirit) into two (Raava and a human). Makes the Avatar way less cool. Avatar state was changed from being powered by past lives to being a power up from Raava.

Lion turtles are dumb. The original lore was fine the way it was. Plus it doesn't make sense how future generations got bending without the lion turtles.

The Raava/Vaatu balance didn't make sense. Darkness grows without light, but light doesn't grow without darkness?

There's probably more but I have to sleep.

This.

Korra was terrible
