Genocidal Organ has a scene where soldiers storm a building and murder child soldiers. They even talk about the morality of doing so while they kill them. It's weird. That movie had some many scenes that should have been emotionally impacting but they're played in a way that you feel like you're intentionally not meant to feel anything.

The first time you don't "see" it. It cuts and you see the shoe roll. The second time it's arguably not a "kid" but a zombie/possessed corpse. It's not really gruesome though, just kinda sad.
