This movie must feel so strange for everyone who isn't german.
It's aimed at a german audience with the knowledge that every german is conditioned to reject and resent everything coming from hitler as not worth paying attention too. It's not even a "nonono I don't want to hear this" it's more like a form of hybris. Germans automatically belittle every person who just has the courtesy to listen to the imposter.
So when he makes a strong point about the social politics in germany and why old people for example end up in old folks homes or live in poverty despite having worked for more than 40 years germans won't even consider that a real argument or something worth thinking about since it's coming from the one entity they're conditioned to not take serious no matter what he says. If Hitler would simply state one and one makes two a german wouldn't believe it.
