Suicide notes is an anagram for "Oui, Sneed tics"

The joke is that it's ironic that it was formerly Good Vibrations and now Suicide Notes, when one would expect the reverse, as Good Vibrations sounds like a long-lasting, stable business and Suicide Notes sounds like it would be cut short (due to the owner's assumed suicidal tendencies). Pretty simple stuff tb_h.

fucking tryhard

Is Sneed the Sheev of the Simpsons Universe?

>Good Vibrations sounds like a long-lasting, stable business and Suicide Notes sounds like it would be cut short (due to the owner's assumed suicidal tendencies)
Wut

It's about the facelessness of mainstream entertainment (particularly rock music)

You sayin' we some kinda Suicide Sneed?

It's well known that very few people who commit suicide actually leave a suicide note.
The sign is both a subtle critique of Homer and Marge's '60's optimism and a dire warning to generation X (who Bart and Lisa were a part of during the early seasons of the show) that things are not bound to get better, that life can absolutely get worse and that if you were to commit suicide one day, you won't leave a note.

Is it a comment on how music has gone from singing about good happy stuff to being depressing stuff?
