Specials take a shitload of time to do, the whole script is literally one page and they have no idea whether they're gonna end up with great two hours or mediocre 40 minutes. Celebs are cheap, predictable filler. God knows they need it this time around, they only had the Switzerland film which was about halfway done and probably wasn't planned to take up a whole episode anyway.
