The entire series is low brow. It's just about Slapstick trying to return to his normal form so that he can have a penis again.

Every villain in the book is just a parody of a cartoon character.

He lost his dingus in the original series. Since cartoons have no dinguses when Steve turns into Slapstick he doesn't have a dingus. Around Civil War he lost the ability to transform back into Steve Harmon, so he got stuck in the cartoony dingusless form. This series is about him trying to get it back.

She's literally Cinderella, they don't even hide it.

Except in the Marvel Universe, she kills the ugly step sisters by melting them. She has Sailor Moon characters as her soldiers.

Think of Dimension Ech as the Toon Town of Marvel.

It gets especially meta when they realize that someone from Earth can alter Dimension Ech through drawing.

If you're looking for Slapstick to become a fun loving prankster who plays jokes on evil again, then you're going to be disappoint. But if you a silly, one shot adventure, it's pretty enjoyable.
