95% of the film is people drowning, the only time the PG-13 hintered the film is after the first bombing sequence with all the bodies intact, otherwise it really makes no difference.

Don't feel too bad. We will all be killed in a nuke war.since we are trying to have an intelligent discussion about Dunkirk, I thought the use of sound was amazing. Particularly at the beginning of the movie.
The opening scenes were apocalyptic and the response of the soldier was just to queue in desperation. It was horrific.
