They did a fairly good job with minor characters like Slingshot and Hellfire, giving them more focus and development then they really got in the Secret Warriors comic, if they were turned into Inhumans.

The Hive Arc was the best part of Season 3 and saw the end of Hydra. Prior to Season 4 it was the second best storyline in the show.
