Jackie Chan vs. white terrorism.
Who was in the right?
The IRA was also supported by the US. A little fact I see left out of the wiki page
>USA caring about irish politics, as if they matter
this is what potato farmers believe
Not officially.
Then again, it's never official with the Americans, unless their faction wins of course
based Jackie
you should learn some history, kid.
>Not officially.
Yeah I guess so, but they've invaded countries for doing far less. If the US had shown the UK support it could have ended the bloodshed decades sooner.
I liked how slow the buildup was to when Jackie Chan was going to unleash himself.
I also like how he held himself back, accepted that he's aged a bit and didn't completely out-kungfu the bad guys
oh, do you have a history book that shows usa backing the ira? ill wait
Being from Belfast I am really really hyped to watch this.
As always i'm dreading getting t r i g g e r e d but since he's fighting the Ra hopefully it'll be great.
'71 is the only good Troubles movie.
Loved seeing those Taig cunts get their shit kicked in to be honest
>whenever America gets involved
OMG STOP PLAYING WORLD POLICE LET US SORT OUR OWN SHIT
>when America doesn't get involved
OMG HELP US AMERICA FOR REAL LIKE WHY ARE YOU JUST SITTING THERE!??!
Which is it, europoor?
I lived in Belfast for a few years, only just moved away. I was honestly surprised at how much the film understood the situation.
It can't quite decide if it's a political thriller or an action film but it does both great so it barely matters
It was great. Jackie's still got it.
Anyone have the Jackie Chan, Taken pasta?
>mfw Irish moan about the Troubles near me
>back.

kek. It's undeniable mate. Many of us are old enough to remember the collection tins in Boston bars.
Terrorist Disarmament just so happened to finally work and be finalised in the early 2000s. For some reason 9/11 had some effect on it.
