What would the MCU be like

What would the MCU be like

If Marvel/Disney have the rights for the Xmen, Fantastic 4, Spiderman, etc.

Quipvengers would ruin X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man.

For proof, look at the new Spider-Man movie.

better

How?

>Tony creates the first mutant
>Tony created the rocket the F4 used and he's at mission control to witness things go bad
>Tony killed Uncle Ben but he makes a joke at the end so it's okay
>Loki is the villain in both F4-2 and X-Men 3
>Magneto is killed in the first X-Men movie
>Sinister makes a lot of jokes and is killed in X-Men 2
>Sinister is actually an evil Tony clone
>Doctor Doom dies in the first F4 movie
>The villain for F4-2 is Tony
>Tony is Reed Richards
>Tony is Wolverine
>Tony is Sue Storm
>Tony created cerebro
>and he's Charles Xavier

it wouldn't exist. mcu was only done because they didnt have rights to spider man and xmen.

Are we talking about what it would've been like if Marvel had all of the rights from the beginning, or if they reacquired them in the future? If the former, I think they would've started with either Spider-Man or the F4 instead of Iron Man.

The Avengers would have been the Guardians of the Galaxy of that Universe, the weird darkhorse team that nobody thought would get their own movie.

It would probably have the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, etc. in it instead of not having them.

The comics side wouldn't be pushing the Inhumans as an X-Men replacement.

Also chances are one of the mutants would have taken Carol's spot as the female Marvel wants to push. (Storm? Jean? Kitty Pryde? X-23?)

Even if the new Spiderman movie is gonna be shit that wouldn't be proved for anything because if Marvel had the rights on Spiderman since the beginning, they would have taken a different approach.

Are you asking what if the MCU started with Marvel owning all the rights? Because if so we'd have never gotten characters like Ironman, Antman, Strange , GotG or Panther.
Now if you're asking what would happen if they suddenly acquired them, we would have mutants be ham-fiated into a universe that works better without them, the F4 bot being the first family, and spider-man probably the same as he is now.
Also Magneto would be a quippy villain who dies at the end
F4 would just be the 2005 one but people would love it instead

No Ant-man or Doc Strange movies, maybe even no Guardians of the Galaxy

We would have never gotten the Avengers, Guardians or any of the solos we got now. Spider-Man, X-Men and FF would have dominated the landscape and slowly, veeeery slowly, the other Avengers would have seeped in.

Like, Spider-Man is shared with MCU now, but he's going to be overused with a film every 2 years.

I always thought Storm should get a push. Awesome powers, great look, good codename, unique backstory, and she's already a well-established character and a leader.

Add that she's not only female, but also black, and it's kind of surprising Marvel hasn't already given her a bump. But instead we need a teenage nobody to replace Iron Man so that we can have a black female hero. They go about this shit so backwards.

>Also Magneto would be a quippy villain who dies at the end
I do wonder how the MCU would handle Magneto.

The X-Men would lose its edge. Like, Wolverine probably wouldn't be all stab crazy and they wouldn't have mass casualties.

Poorly

You can clearly tell them things wrong with the new Spider-Man movie is due to the Marvel. Or do you honestly think Sony wants to shill Iron Man and their movie.

Cyclops would finally be relevant in movies.

It would be easier to insert FF than Xmen now. Also, FF villains would be inserted before FF itself. LOL, maybe Xmen villains too.

I havn't seen all the marvel movies, but Spiderman was in civil war right? Nor sure if it was peter parker or miles or someone else.
