It's underrated for sure. I never saw the turning point that supposedly kills the pacing, I thought it was fine throughout, but I did feel on a scene to scene basis it was kind of up and down. But what was nice was that each time a scene was "up" it was even higher than before so by the time the movie was over it was really good.
