Linda Danvers Storytime all 80 issues.

...

I hope the supposed upcoming "World's Finest" line of comic is true, i'd like to see how Supergirl gets along with Dick, Tim and Damian. And how she would be with Jason in their Rebirth incarnations.

...

She did get along with Jason in her new 52 run.

How big are Supergirl's boobs normally?

>/r/comicbooks was actually surprised that the Ms. Marvel cover was an homage to this instead of an original idea.
>they discovered that two weeks ago.

>farovite Cover

Small to average depending on the artist and which version.

...

I wouldn't bet on it, but it would be a fun series. That said, I wish her current ongoing was better.

...

What supposed comic is this?

...

...

b or small c cup probaly

While Supergirl may never grow up to be like Power Girl, her compact perky tits are a rarity in comics. Now if there were bikini pin ups of her in this thread.

Supposed status quo changes from Dark Days/Metal that were pretty obviously fake.

I wish her ongoing was good again. Maybe they can bring back Perkins after Superwoman is cancelled. It's too bad Lupa can't handle the schedule though.

She is generally much bigger than B/C to me, which is usually about a handful on a fit girl.

...

>She is generally much bigger than B/C to me
She shouldn't be.

...

...

Still sad they basically cancelled her n52 personality- it was much more interesting having her as lost and angry and not really caring about Earth than the current\classic "Superman but female"

Still thinking they should have her in cosmic stories Superman cannot do anymore because he must stay on Earth to be relevant

I kind of understand it. Kamala's book has a attracted a lot of newfags and the Ms. Marvel cover fucked up and didn't denote that it was an homage in the signature.

...

...

...

Could be cool if true.

...

CUUUUUUTE

I desperately want Orlando off her book.

Why?

...

...

She was "lost and angry" for five years, mate.

>Dat slight belly pudge

...

...

Why was 1972's Supergirl so thick?

...

I feel like she mostly just doesn't act like a real person anymore, kind of just a caricature. Even in the previous book she had started to settle in and made friends and all. Wasn't as angry when it ended as when it began. All they needed to do was give her a skirt.

Honestly this is probably the worst Supergirl run in a long time. I remember Gates and Igle caught a lot of flack for "cleaning her up" but she had more depth of character than the current book so even the change in tone wasn't that big of a deal in the long run.

...

True. And she deserved a break.

She didn't deserve to have her whole personality rewritten to become pre-Crisis Supergirl.

...

...

...

Pre-Crisis Kara had more sass than the bland shit in the current book.

...

How did New 52 Supergirl's story end?

...

yeah, pretty much my opinion as well.

The book isn't even bad, just absolutely BLAND.

true that.

Convergence caused her personality to be rewritten as bland as possible

On a cliffhanger. She got back from space Hogwarts and then lost her powers. This was obviously because of Vandal Savage's shit during Truth but her book did not continue and she wasn't in any of the other books for a year.

Eventually they said she met up with the DEO during that publication gap and they helped her get her powers back.

...

>Convergence caused her personality to be rewritten as bland as possible
So basically like what detractors of Superman think of him? Girl scout that can do no harm and saves everyone?

Not him, but like it's not really that to me. She isn't really perfect and still has trouble with Earth culture and all, but it's just done in a very paint by the numbers sort of way with no nuance. Somehow manages to feel less mature than the actual kids stuff like Cosmic Adventures or DCSHG.

...

shorts + choker costume >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

...

More or less. No real problems except the forced plot of her trying to fit on Earth with a fake identity working for Cat Grant while doing jobs for DEO as Supergirl.
Got two "adopted" parents from DEO who are trying to learn Kryptonian.

Also, they had the brilliant idea of turning her father into an actual bad guy all along- because her Earth parents were totally better!

Her dad was already Cyborg Superman from the new 52

Yesm but he was bad only as mind-wiped cyborg. Now he's been bad all along!

Something that bothered me was them regressing her into a High school student. After her stint in the Red Lanterns and beginning to get a grasp of her shit in life on Earth, rebirth really feels like she's regressed in maturity, physically and mentally. She was an adolescent with issues but was overcoming them, now she's a brat kid who just gets in huffs about not being on krypton anymore.

The Girl of Steel embarks on a brand-new direction as writer Kelley Puckett (BATGIRL) joins forces with acclaimed art team Drew Johnson and Ray Snyder ( Countdown, WONDER WOMAN) as the new SUPERGIRL creative team! Guest-starring Superman, Batman and the Green Lantern Corps!

Collects ACTION COMICS #850, SUPERGIRL #23-33.

also note the complete absence of her pre-rebirth support cast

Peter David's legendary run on the Girl of Steel continues here in SUPERGIRL BOOK THREE! Everything is coming at Linda Danvers, a.k.a. Supergirl! Comet, the newest hero in Leesburg, is being chased by someone named Fracture, and in the meantime, in her civilian identity, Supergirl speaks out against a bigot on her college campus. All just problems in the day of the life of one of the most powerful girls on planet Earth!

Written by the legendary Peter David, this new graphic novel series collects his breakthrough run on SUPERGIRL, including issues that have never before been reprinted. Collects issues #21-32 and the special #1,000,000 issue.

I miss Siobhan Smythe i hope they dont turn her into a villain.

The logical thing would have been to accept that she's been on Earth a few years and put her in college if we're really bringing back "classic" elements. It would have worked better for TV synergy since she is an adult there AND for reestablishing her friendship with Babs since they'd be closer to the same part of their lives.

DC really fucked it up.

...

...

the problem is... why should she even WANT to be a "normal" Earth girl?

I'm fine with a secret identity, were it mostly used for meeting her human friends and Clark outside "work"- but she should be Kara Zor-El first and foremost, the last kryptonian.
She should act and think like a Kryptonian, with different values-
