For FUCK'S sake, can we please move away from this creep? He controlled what is supposed to be a natural resource like a monopoly with no regard for repairing the environment and in fact tried to kill/arrest/whatever a kid with a "competing" source of oxygen, was in a heinous conflict of interest by being both the mayor and the head of the air factory, and he really did not give a single fuck about anyone else's future. He could have heralded the seed as being the future source of air and he would have still died a very rich man if not the richest in any believable time it would have taken for the environment to be restored, the movie's magical saccharine ending notwithstanding. (But seriously, if it took THAT short of a time to restore nature to its former glory, then you can nail him for obstructing the environment's repair for his sole benefit. No matter how you assholes try to spin O'Hare he was always a greedy little shit who capitalized on a ruined ecosystem and everyone still around it.
