Yes. That is the most op skill of Supes. Guy can break time and space (essentially reality) by punching and he has done at least twice. Rebirth Supes is incredibly powerful.

One varies by the writer (sometimes lasers are trouble, other times he can bust a universe) and scaling him to his peers would lead to ludicrous shit like galaxy buster Aquaman. Also difficult is interpretation leading people to discuss how powerful even his strongest incarnations are or if there is simply hyperbole.
The other is made by a single writer who has memory difficulties and despite popularizing power levels among a whole generation, isn't keen on focusing on said levels and as a result, it's inconsistent and at times ludicrous (17 being universe level) for the sake of entertainment (and rightfully so)
