and what did you accomplish in your life?

Rude

wow what a reddit-tier answer rofl

Wembley Anderson is a fine director but autistically praised by reddittards.

it's incisive, persuasive commentary like this the keeps me coming back to Sup Forums

>In a subreddit called “Accidental Wes Anderson,” legions of fans are scouting for locations around the world that evoke the 48-year old director’s trademark twee aesthetic. From his early films such as Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums Anderson has displayed a preference for obsessively styled frames.

the only reddit boards I'm using is fullmoviesonyoutube, fulltvshowsonyoutube, Howard stern and sometimes funny, who cares about what other people you don't know think

Look I get that his style isn't to your taste, but to deny the fact that he's obscenely talented is the lowest of reddit opinions.

I meant subreddit, srry

that's a funny way of spelling edgar wright

>Using reddit at all
kys

Fuck off, the cornetto trilogy was kino.

its just an imageboard

And the home for nu-males and soyboys.

>accuses others of being reddit tier
>actually uses rofl in sentence in 2017
Kys redditor.

great counter-argument

i'm a fan for life, Cicero

so is Sup Forums

This. Moonrise Kingdom alone is kino, technically if nothing else.

OP, stop calling things you don't like reddit shit and hope we agree with you just because of that.

>We

Dosent Sup Forums have more than a million monthly active users and you don't think out of that amount there aren't any soiboys or nu-males?

certainly not me
I dont even want to know what you faggots look like, you aren't even people as far as im concerned

is idubbz a part of reddit too?

One million users per month isn't that much compared to the 1.58 billion users per month that reddit has.

If Wes Anderson is reddit, sign me up for an account and pass the soy.

...

I doubt people the browse Sup Forums is the type to eat soy products.

its a pretty huge number though

if they don't want to be mainstream this place is perfect for them, they don't have to do any work and still can feel special since everybody is condemning reddit as the most mainstream thing on the internet

How do people unironically enjoy Wes Anderson's movies? They are faking it, right? They must be

Martin Scorsese and James L. Brooks are redditards?

I like some of his movies
I can see why people wouldn't though, his style can be annoying at times

i liked parts of Moonrise Kingdom (especially the ending) bottle rocket and rushmore

No

you sir are wrong

I like his style, it takes me back to simpler times.

No

just a little bit wrong?

Definitely agree, OP. He is one of many talentless hacks.

and what did you achieve?

damn...

nice blog user

Wrong

Anderson is probably more talented at picking out the perfect window treatments for your comfy dream cottage than directing movies. But he is pretty damn good at directing movies, at least in regards to developing a signature style. That being said, his movies are truly shallow, literally some of the most vapid film-making around. So the question remains, why didn't he realize his true destiny and become the greatest interior decorator ever?

No

oh cmon, just a tiny little bit wrong, pls Salem?

I'm not the biggest fan of his. But I love The Royal Tenenbaums. I think because its actually the first movie of his I actually watched, but then grew tired of the style in further viewings of his other work

No

no?

haha
le quirky characters and colors

Yes

so yes?

I like most of his movies.

I love Wes Anderson movies. I wish more director would embrace sentimentality and emotional sincerity rather than treating them as things to be avoided at all costs.

No

so no

No

so its a maybe?

Did you just get up today and think to yourself "I'm going to pretend I belong" or am I falling for (You)r bait?

>he also enjoys the films of james cameron and christopher nolan

t, reddito

No

yes

No and that's final.

no and thats the last word, no going back, forever times a million

Please stop

yeah I did

His works written with Owen Wilson are much stronger than everything else

He's my favourite. Something about the way he captures essence of people living fake unsatisfying lifes hits me pretty close. Especially because I used to enjoyed Zissou movie as fun time adventure and just recently saw it again.

Also he makes the most visually pleasing movies out there. Maximum comfy.

I have mixed feelings about his gags about violance against animals. They dont fit at all with his movies but that's what makes them so fun. I hope Island Of Dogs doesn't end with a nuke

No he's not. Dennis Villeneuve is.

this isn't really a case of Wes Anderson coming back from being reddit, all people suggesting other directors have points, but to say he's not is like saying Capeshit has become good again

once a director is reddit, he can't ever be not reddit, just makes you look like you only hated him to be contrarian instead of having an actual opinion on why he's shit.

Wes is shit in the same way that scott pilgrim was shit, quirkiness alone does not sell a story

>rofl

Wes isn't even the worst director named Anderson.

yeah, because wes is the best director named anderson.

Christopher Nolan is pure Reddit. Capeshit disguised as kino, Muh sci fi epic, Le dramatic war film and dude it’s backwards so cool

True. PTA is great but Wes is slightly better.

...

For me, it's David Lynch. He seems like a fun guy but I hate this movies.

At least you're polite about having shit taste
