Most Powerful Star Wars Character

What is the tier list for most powerful characters in the Star Wars universe?

You can still use the Extended Universe if you want.

Luke, reven, bane

Probably ben Skywalker after that I would say.

Anyone who became a force ghost is canonically the most connected with the force, so any people we have as force ghosts is your tier list.

Yoda
Obi wan
Anakin
Luke

we know from yoda that qui-gon had a force ghost too

seems to be literally anyone who dies a jedi

That's why force ghost != Top tier power level. Technically reven might still be alive, if that's true, then he is the most powerful.

Isn't Anakin canonically the most powerful Force user ever to exist, even accounting for the EU? I think that's one rule that the old canon always held fast to.

Rey

No! Luke is the most powerful, in EU he is basically fucking the same as force Jesus.

Darth Nihlus.

Only person or thing capable of stopping him was the exile, because the exile was broken in the same way.
No other person could stand against Nihlus.

Why does force jesus live on an abandoned island sucking on space walrus milkies with a bunch of gremlin nannies?

Sheev>Anakin>Obi Wan
The rest don't matter

Because that the non canon Nu-wars. Canon star wars he is fucking unstoppable.

In Canon, it used to be:
1) Sheev and Yoda
2) Vader
3) Everyone else

Vader was supposed to be more powerful than Sheev and Yoda, but never reached his potential. Luke was supposed to be as powerful as Vader could have been, and he was...in the EU.
No one in the EU, no matter how retread the EU writers were, was more powerful those 4 people were.

It's either Bane, Sidious, Anakin or Luke.

Anything else is just ignorance. In all seriousness.

They both have the same potential, but Vader never reached it. Now it looks like neither has Luke.

The most powerful is my OC Darth Strongdude. I cleared it with Lucas so hes canon. He beat up Luke, Vader, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Dooku, Mace Windu, Qui Gon, and even Sidious. He also boned Leia, hes also 10 million years old so he beat up Revan too. Hes best buddies with Kyle Katarn and they go drinking togother and make up their own force powers and lightsaber colors on the spot. Find him on wookiepedia.

luke is the bes

>no mace Dindu
He literally defeated Palpatine

This.

>most powerful dark sider
eu palpatine
>most powerful light sider
eu luke

Yeah, but that was a case of fire vs water.

Why does everyone say Yoda is so strong?

What has he ever done of note besides live for a thousand years and still never properly grasp proper grammar in the common language of the galaxy? Anytime he fought someone he didn't win. Has Yoda won any fight against another sith or Jedi?

hes just a little frog man lmao

Luke was, Luke ended up surpassing everyone in the movies

This guy gets it, potentially reven if the mind swap rumor is true because that nigga could still be alive.

Since when are all Dark-Side users left-handed?

It's funny cause Luke took down a Star Destroyer with the Force in the battle of Jakku (canon), but then in the nu-trilogy he's a fucking useless hobo who can't even stop young Kylo from killing his younglings.

Sheev, if we take absolutely everything into consideration.

This is my list (canon only)
>Level 20
Full potential Anakin
>Level 19
Mortis beings
>Level 15
Post ROTJ Luke
>Level 12
Sheev and Yoda
>Level 11
Darth Vader
>Level 10
ROTS Anakin
>Level 9
Dooku, Windu, ANH Obi Wan, 2d Grievous
>Level 8
ROTS Obi Wan, Darth Maul, Adult Ahsoka
>Level 7
Qui Gon, Cin Drallig, Ventress, Savage Opress, 3d grievous, Average Jedi Council member
>Level 6
Average Jedi Master
>Level 5
Average Jedi Knight
>Level 4
Average Jedi padawan
>Level 1-3
Jedi Younglings of different ages

>(canon)
You mention that as if it had any meaning.

Qui-gon was the first to learn that technique for thousands of years, he taught it to Yoda as a force ghost who taught it to Obi-wan and Luke. I don't remember the scene exactly, but Yida says he learned an ancient Jedi art so he probabky found an old Holicron.

Haven't you seen TLJ? It's Rey...you pleb moron.

>everyone in this picture is dead

Cannon does not mean "the one I like better" user

I love how this all had to be implied and written about later because Liam Neeson had no interest in coming back and actually playing Qui-Gon again. At least not under Lucas.

Sheev. You can close the thread now.

But according to EU lore, I think Qui-Gon was the first to figure it out and he had prepared to cross over in his private meditations. It was a kind of breakthrough. Or maybe it was something the Jedi used to do but the knowledge had been lost somehow.

The question was includeing eu, EU Luke is the strongest

Memes aside, it might actually be Kylo or Rey. We'll see.

Why did the "real" Jesus ride a donkey and got raped by the Romans?

It shows a lack of coherence with the canon.

>Vader over Anakin
>Old Obi Wan over Young Obi Wan
>Sheev the most powerful sith lord that low
>Luke that high

Fucking hell, I miss them all. Even Darth Maul. All the old guard dying off and being replaced with shit has started to hit home

He won the battle against the tree

Vader.

He kills Sheev and his meme armor

Probably the Canon tier list

Anakin Skywalker (pre-Mustafar)
Sheev Palpatine
Yoda
Mace Windu
Luke Skywalker
Darth Vader
Kylo Ren/Rey
Count Dooku
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Darth Maul
Qui Gon Jinn
General Grievous (Original TV show canon)
Pretty much everyone else
General Grievous (RotS)

bane?

Because it doesn't exist. Non movie "canon" is not relevant to the movies.

*blocks your thread*

mace is the most pwerful

I'm sure he killed the last Sith to out themselves in oublic before Sheev sent Darth Maul after Padme.

He is basically space Dumbledore.

Sheev, but it could be Luke from a certain point of view

>Power? Do you think so? You would be wrong. There is no strength in the hunger he possesses... and the will behind his power is a primal thing. And it devours him as it devours others---his mere presence kills all around him, slowly, feeding him. He is already dead, it is simply a question of how many he kills before he falls.

Say that to the planet of jedi and force users he ate

Vader was more powerful than Anakin.
>hurr durr Sheev purposely weakened him
Non canon fanfiction bs
>Old Obi Wan over Young Obi Wan
Old Obi Wan beat Maul in a straight up lightsaber duel, something young Obi Wan never did
>Sheev the most powerful sith lord that low
It doesn't scale linearly
>Luke that high
I'll give you that, he should probably be dropped quite a bit after TLJ

Nicely put. Nihilus' ability to ravage planets is probably the most powerful USE of the Force we've ever seen, but I don't think you can call it a power he used. If anything, it used him.

Sheev>Old Republic Jedi and Sith>Clone wars era Jedi and Sith>Empire era Jedi and Sith

sounds like something a pledditor would say

>people laugh at Darth Icky and Darth Insanius but Darth Nihilus is fine

>you can use EU
Bedlam Spirits

>No one in the EU, no matter how retread the EU writers were, was more powerful those 4 people were.

Nihilus could pretty much take out any force user. He was basically anti-Force. He wasn't particularly competent in others areas, but he had the ability to drain the force out of anything. He was only defeated in the end because he went up against someone who was similar to him, siphoning from others, meaning he was unable to drain them.

Even if there's nothing declaring his power level to be higher I feel like taking results into consideration Obi-Wan should be higher

It's Kreia's dialogue when you ask her about his power.

>Nihilus could pretty much take out any force user
This contradicts with canon, so no.
Based George BTFO shitty EU fan fiction writers!

The latter. Yoda confirms Qui-gon had rediscovered an ancient jedi art on his travels when he tells Obi-wan about his force ghost making contact. Qui-gon probably found an old Holicron in a backwater.

Vader is limited in his movements and can be put down easily with force lightning.

Marka Ragnos

Cheers!

>no Vitiate

>No one in the EU, no matter how retread the EU writers were, was more powerful those 4 people were.
Bedlam Spirits
the Others
Abeloth
Anakin on Mortis

im aware, but while the exile fought him kreia was nowhere to be seen the cowardly bitch

If you had any reading comprehension you'd see the post quoted also said "including EU."

1. Darth Bane
2. Starkiller/Galen Marek
3. Luke Skywalker
4. Darth Revan
5. Anakin if he reached his full potential

Rate my list

>including EU
If that's the case then Luuuuuuuuuuuuke is the strongest force user

She was setting up Sion to take the next dive.

...

luke is too high and darth nihilus should be included

7/10

Except if you read the original post you'd knowing that he'd just get drained. If you channel your strength through the force conventionally, Nihilus would just wipe the floor with you.

youtube.com/watch?v=mc-jLWyxZjI

She saw what no one else in the order could. She could have saved them.

Yoda, Sheev, Vader, Luke > Darth Vampire faggot

Sheev.

Anakin never reached his full potential because of Obi-Wan fucking him up on Mustafar. Luke also never reached his full potential due to late start, lack of training, current conditions in the galaxy, etc.

>EU
No one in their right mind takes that shit seriously

If you evaluated their abilities all-around, yes. If you put them head-on, no. Darth Nihilus was effectively an anti-Jedi. Although others may surpass him in other ways, they were unable to take him on straight up simply due to his primal ability to drain the force of those around him. They'd be useless against him.

Ableforth
Revan
Yoda
Bane
Luke

I don't know about the Force Lightning. I tend to think that Sheev is just that powerful that he's able to fatally injure someone as strong as Vader when he goes full blast with it

Vader may not be able to move linearly and vertically as fast as Anakin, but his massively increased lightsaber speed (he has the same augmentations as grievous did) and strength (he could crush a lightsaber hilt in his hand if he wanted to) make up for it

>If you put them head-on, no.
Are you implying George Lucas is wrong, and some fan fiction writer is right?
OH NO NO NO NO NO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Thank god they made your shitty fan fiction genuine fan fiction.

>The force is mana in the EU
HAHAHAHAHA

Riddle me this.
Could Darth Bane beat Gedo Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara, with two rinnegan, perfect susanoo, while being the ten tails jinchuuriki and having Hashirama Senju's DNA?

Vader had to be on life support the entire time. Force Lightning fucks up his suit

Going solely from movies, it has to be one of Sheev, post-RotJ Luke, or Vader. Anakin would clearly have been #1 had he not been mega fucked-up on Mustafar.

It's probably Sheev, to be honest.

Probably the Force Unleashed guy. Even Yoda didn't crash Star Destroyers into ground. Then Luke, Emperor, Yoda and Vader, I think.

Not quite. People would wither and die when they were drained. Mana would imply they'd just be useless but still healthy.

The most powerful hands down is Abeloth, but she is so OP that it feels her character was written by a 3 year old.

Ultimately, this probably makes Kreia the strongest, because she was able to control the flow of events to bring about the deaths of the remaining Jedi council members, Sion, Nihilus, and the defeat (and, optionally, death) of Atris. That is, it depends on what's meant by "power," but Kreia's sensitivity to the subtleties of the Force is certainly powerful, and after all, it's what brought down Nihilus.

>all these sheevcucks conveniently forgetting when yoda was beating sheev in a 1v1

if sheev thought he was could have killed yoda he would have followed him instead of running away

You have to be pretty far on the spectrum if you can't see the ridiculous difference of Darth Ickey compared to Darth Nihilus.

may have something to do with disappearing, but im not sure how anakin would play into this theory

That's prequel Sheev. RotJ sheev is much more powerful I think.

>I'll make my point against Sheev in a fight he won.

Fucking wew las.

It sucks that they just HAD to kill Darth Maul off in Rebels when they could have actually put the fact that he is alive to use and brought him back in the actual movies. Imagine the people who haven't been keeping up being like HOLY SHIT, IT'S DARTH MAUL.

Star Wars? Yeah, I guess you're right.

Let's not forget that the movies literally have "Tyranus" and "Sidious".

I still genuinely don't see the problem with Darth Insanius.
