Incidentally, I read a novel about Superman, Etrigan and Jonah Hex called Trail of Time; not bad, but it's kind of padded a little and there's a subplot with Jonah that never gets resolved.
Anywho, the reason I mention it is because Johny Thunder has a completely superfluous cameo in it. I mean, he literally just shows up for a few pages and sort of furthers the plot a bit?
