There was very little romantic subplot in A New Hope, just Luke saying how beautiful Leia was and then the scene after the Death Star Escape, where Han and Luke are both talking about her. Of course there's the kiss for luck as Luke and Leia swing the gap, but that's never really followed up on. Probably because Han's an alpha and Luke is a beta.
In the Yavin scenes, Leia is just a concerned friend, and in the throne room scene, Han winks at Leia who gives him a tsundere look, meanwhile Luke and Leia just smile at one another.

For The Empire Strikes Back, the focus shifts to Leia and Han as it naturally would, though the kiss scene at Echo Base would seem to imply the opposite. Anyone with a brain can see that Leia kisses Luke just to spite Han, and either way Luke is still into her.
Even Return of the Jedi has more sexual tension between Luke and Leia as he holds her in the bikini.
