MY ARCHNEMESIS
Another happy landing.
SECTION RATIO GENERAL
as bad as the prequels were they are kino compared to TLJ
If the spinoff Obi-Wan film doesn't cast Ewan McGregor, I won't even bother to pirate it. He was one of the best parts of the prequels and is a shoo-in for a young Alec Guiness. At the same time I don't want Ewan to waste his time with Disney.
DARTH MAUL IS A JEDI KNIGHT
Based "Hello there" posters
I promise they are going to make him a muslim.
Remakes of I-VI are coming

IT IS A VOLCANIC PLANET, YOU WILL BE SAFE THERE.
>Your father's prayer mat
When I first saw it, I thought he said "the most afar system", as in the one furthest away.
The ground at Obi Wan's feet keeps getting higher to match Sheev's power. The conflict is eternal.
Sheev. He already demonstrated in his office that he can win even when half a dozen Jedi knights have the high ground.
I thought he was scaring away sand Muslims at the start of ANH.
Luke did I ever tell you about how your father hated sand? That's why I hid you on the sandiest planet in the galaxy.
He was a good friend.
>Sheev overcomes the low ground disadvantage by spinning
>He learned it from watching young Anakin podrace, it was a good trick
>Anakin himself forgot to do it because he wasn't mindful of his surroundings
Pure pottery.
What the fuck are the Jedi in the background doing
Their best
your mom
Obi-Wan has the unique ability to utilize uneven ground. He learned it during his fight with Darth Maul.
HOW THE HECK DOES IT GOBI?
OBIWAN-KUN?

>there are literally people who unironically didn't like Grievous
Did 40 year old YouTube reviewers posion the minds of a generation with their anti-Lucas irony?
>But dude he called him Admiral Bone-to-pick maaaaan
Yeah, I don't get how you could dislike Grievous. He's a pure pulp sci-fi villain filtered through state-of-the-art (at the time) special effects. My only complaint is that the film should have spent more time developing parallels between him and Anakin to foreshadow what would happen later. In and ideal world Lucas would have done more planning ahead and he'd have been in the prequel trilogy from Episode I onwards.

Greivous was right all along.

Good call

Wait I thought magnaguard staves were unable to be cut by a lightsaber
>he wasn't mindful of his surroundings
>because ras al qui gon already died
That one probably was made in China.
wtf
except for his name, the design and idea were cool, but i didnt understand why he was there. he just appeared but there was this big hurry to kill him, which if he didnt have the title of general, i wouldnt have even begun to understand why he was that important. even with the title of general, i still dont understand why they thought that killing him would end the war. in most militaries, there are multiple generals in command of different forces of the military, like a general for the air, a general for water, a general for ground troops and artilery, and in a sci-fi or space fantasy setting, there probably would be a general for space warfare. why would his capture or death DEFINITELY end the war?
Start thinking more along the lines of the Eastern mythology Star Wars frequently taps into, and compare him to the "lone rebel warlord" archetype from old Japanese samurai movies. Then he makes sense.
