What are your top 10 movies of the year?

Be sincere.

4. Logan
5. The new YAG SPARRO movie
9. Justice league
10. The last jedi
Didn't watch any other new movies this year

Blade Runner is the only one I watched and I rate it 7/10 (get rid of the entire rebelion part and it's 9/10)

Watching 10 movies in 2017. Lol

1. Bright

That's it

Living in Yurop is suffering because most non-European movies always get released much later, but I'll try. Keep in mind that a lot of movies hailed "best of the year" like Phantom Thread, Lady Bird etc. arent' out yet.

It's been an awful year for film. I know I've seen a few movies this year but my brain is repressing the memories.
Blade runner was ok, glad I saw it before Sup Forums's hype train got ahold of it.

The last Jedi
Dunkirk
The founder

Those are the only movies I saw from this year

Good la

God, Toivon tuolla puolen was easily the worst Kaurismäki flick to date. A true disappointment.

1. BR2049
2. Dunkirk
3. The Killing of a Sacred Deer
4. Good Time
5. It Comes At Night
6. Get Out
7. Wind River
8. Baby Driver
9. Logan
10. Raw

Do people really watch ten movies a year? There's barely ever four worth watching.

True. I would say that most of the "big names" didn't deliver this year.

Leave your comfort zone, bitch

1. Blade runner 2049
2. Good time

My comfort zone is non shit films and I don't plan to leave it.

1. BR2049
2. Dunkirk
3. Logan
10. TLJ

Bladerunner
Dunkirk
Logan
getout

i need to see more films

Bright
Thor:Ragnarok

Someone needs to edit this so they're pregnancy tests

According to letterboxd, I've seen six 2017 movies. I saw them all in theaters too. The only one I missed that I wished I had seen was Dunkirk. I'd order them...

>Get Out
>Baby Driver
>Blade Runner
>Mother
>TLJ
>It

In no order:

Logan
It Comes At Night
Professor Marston and the Wonder Women
Blade Runner 2049
A Ghost Story
Baby Driver
I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore
John Wick 2
Split
Your Name

i havent seen a single flick from this year

>BR2049
>The Killing of a Sacred Deer
>John Wick 2

Can't remember anything else I've watched

1. Blade Runner 2049
2. Baby Driver
3. Star Wars: The Last Jedi
4. War for the Planet of the Apes
5. It
6. Logan
7. Mother!
8. Lady Bird
9. Dunkirk
10. It Comes At Night

Not sure I'd say that's definitive until I see Call Me By Your Name and The Disaster Artist though.

I only watched 3 movies this year.

yes, this. the rebellion part was so unnecessary. sad that they didn't realize this in the final edit.

1. Dunkirk
2. Blade Runner 2049
3. Good Time
4. The Killing of a Sacred Deer
5. On the Beach at Night Alone
6. Detroit
7. Brawl in Cell Block 99
8. Wind River
9. Logan Lucky
10. Mother!

>The only one I missed that I wished I had seen was Dunkirk

T B H? BR2049 and Dunkirk were the only two movies I would say needed to be seen in theaters

>7. Brawl in Cell Block 99
Vince Vaugn is a horrible actor.

Yeah, I know. I live in a big city, though, and every January one theater plays a retroactive look back at the best films of the past year. I'm going to try to catch Dunkirk then. I've been putting off watching it on my laptop because I think it deserves the big screen treatment. I don't even like Nolan that much, but he makes a great spectacle for the big screen.

I'd say just wait to see it at the theater if you can. Don't watch it on a laptop screen.

1. Logan
2. Brawl in Cell Block 99

Too much shit this year.

10.Poop
9.Crap
8.Shit
7.Dooley
6.Diarrhea

Twin peaks and logan and bright was pretty good considering it's a creative's first baby steps

Bone Tomahawk was over 2 years ago.

I'm not even sure if I watched ten movies this year

Best by a long shot:
Logan
Get Out
Logan Lucky
Dunkirk

Liked even though they were pretty meh:
TLJ
Wonder Woman

Would've probably liked:
IT

BR2049 was pretty lame compared to the original

It was way better than it had any right to be

the square is out in europe?
Also, mother was really bad and relied on shock value, not to mention the story doesn't make any sense so the used this cycle-trick and maybe thought it would be interpreted as symbolic

Liked:
Br 2049
Baby driver
Tlj
Kong
Thor 3

Hated:
Logan
New planet of the apes

Didn't watch anything else new.

Lol cute, this guy thinks he knows what he's talking about.

Outside of Detroit yeah, decent list

Logan
baby driver
Planet of th eapes
thor 3
BR 2049
DunKirk
it
Guardians
John Wick 2

horrible movies
Get out (just race baiting trash)
Mother (just bad)
last jedi (just a train wreck)

Best things watched this year:
Call Me By Your Name
Dunkirk
Twin Peaks

The only true list.

1 - Your Name
2 - Blade Runner 2049
3 - Trainspotting 2
4 - Dunkirk
Also

7 The Founder
8 Better Watch Out

1)Dunkirk
2) R2049 (I'm hoping a directors cut fixes it)
3)Thor 3

Everything else I watched isn't worth ranking.

From worst to best

BR2049
Good Time
Baby Driver
Lego Batman
King Arthur
Lady Bird
A Quiet Passion
Maudie

Nothing else this year was even remotely watchable. Jesus Christ what a shit year for movies.

Get out, It Comes At Night, Logan, Big Sick, Good Time, Three Billboards Outside Edding Missouri, Miami Project,
Killing Of A Scared Deer, Wander Woman, Colossal

Let's see, not in any particular order

Blade Runner 2049
Dunkirk
Good time
3 billboards
get out
sacred dear

logan lucky
logan
john wick 2

still gotta watch lady birb, big sick, shape of water and gay boys: the movie,

Blade Runner 2049
The Killing of a Sacred Deer
Dunkirk
Logan
Wind River
John Wick 2
Get Out
IT
American Made
Ghost in the Shell
Beauty and the Beast

That's 11, but those are all the movies from this year that l've seen.

IT
Split
Baby Driver
My Friend Dahmer

10. Kong Skull Island
9. Death Note
8. John Wick
7. Power Rangers
6. King arthur
5. Logan lucky
4. Jumanji
3. It comes at night
2. Lost city of Z
1. Bladerunner 2049

1. Donald Cried (no contest, comedy masterpiece)
2. American Made (Cruise deserves Oscar nom, diff character/tone for him)
3. Good Time (the Safdies' Mean Streets, Pattinson finally proves himself)
4. Dunkirk (I usually dislike Bravo Nolan, no Jews/Nazis, just white morality/ingenuity)
5. Shot Caller
6. Baby Driver (wanted to h8, but charming, that Jewish actor should have been Han Solo)
7. Little Sister (holdover from last year, but very cool, non-SJW female led dramedy)
8. Brawl in Cell Block 99 (was great until he actually got to Cell Block 99, then felt too low budget and intentionally pulpy)

I thought the 1/3 of Killing of a Sacred Deer was Kubrick-tier, was so stoked, Kidman is great, kid was better, but the final 1/3 is a drag and goes all mother! religio misanthropic allegory bummervision. I almost hated the final third.

Haven't seen: Blade Runner Sup Forumskino

This was a dreadful year for film. Reality and the internet towered over it. Disney is singlehandedly hatefucking the normie experience.

TV
1. Vice Principals
2. Twin Peaks (disliked overlong Dougie subplot)
3. Feud
4. The Girlfriend Experience s2 (Harmony Korine was oddly effective in this)

Loves Kong kino yet hates ape kino? Wtf is wrong with you bro once you go ape you never go back even Logan looks like an ape c'mon bro

Raw
Logan
Infinity Chamber
Gun Shy
Once Upon a Time in Venice
Assasin's Bodyuard
Boyka: Undisputed 4
Kickboxer: Retaliation
Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars

I won´t make a list because all was shit

1. Blade Runner 2049
2. Good Time
3. War for the planet of the apes
4. On the beach at night alone
5. Detroit
6. Baby Driver
7. The big sick
8. Raw
9. Personal Shopper
10. Taxi Driver

Shit, I also saw personal shopper (if that came out this year)

Not that anyone will see this or cares

BR2049, mother! and Dunkirk were good movies. Everything else I saw in theaters was capeshit tier (this sadly includes Star Wars now) and that genre peaked with a fucking 10 year old Nolan movie that was worse than Dunkirk, I don't need to say more

>Logan
>having any taste
You plebs and your capeshit disgust me

1. Song to song
2. Voyage of time
All the other shit I saw was trash, didn't see much international stuff this year.
