How the fuck did the women get the job? Aside from Kiri Hart who apparently has 20 years experience as a story analyst and writer (with no credits aside from an episode of Crossing Jordan and 1800-Missing) they seem to have no writing or development experience or even prior credits before just becoming executives overnight at Lucasfilm. I'm trying to trace how they even got into it. Some seem to have possibly been active on social media as fangirls prior to becoming executives. Is that literally the extent of their experience and qualifications to choose the canon and future stories for Star Wars?

I genuinely don't know. Women seem to run Lucasfilm so there's no one's dick to suck. If they were going to have a hire women for the sake of hiring women policy why not at least hire qualified women?

Almost all those brought on at a creative capacity where brought in right after Kennedy took control. No one remaining had any creative role during the original or prequel years. Any executives at the time that are still there were involved with licensing or legal issues. No one there knows, understands or cares about Star Wars.
