If you don't believe Hollyjew is shoving SJW nonsense down our throats, you will after you watch this. >middle-aged white character fucks black goddess who sucks him into her cunt to become younger, empowering her to fuck more men and women. In the commentary, the writers refer to this as "a nightmare for middle-aged white men" >in the book, the main character's wife is a slut who cheated on him while he was in prison. In the show, she was raped and is a sexually empowered heroine >white-trash bitch drunkenly approaches black main character and loudly proclaims she is about to "suck this beautiful man's cock" >Egyptian deities all dark, African black men (we wuz) >cold open with slaves being imported on a slave ship. The god Anansi appears to them as a jiving Chris Rock-type guy, tells the slaves the black men in America will be fucked over for hundreds of years and be shot by cops a century after they're freed. He then tells them to burn the ship with "those Dutch motherfuckers" on it. In the commentary, the writers refer to this as an opportunity to make an important political statement >extended gay sex scene with bearded Arabs who met in a taxi while complaining about American consumerism >extended scene with woman farting and shitting on a toilet
this show started out ok then just went to immediately shit. emily browing sucked the life out of this show

I think your concerns with Jews may be better addressed by Sup Forums.
Landon Perez
the slave ship scene was a bit overkill with the dialogue. some of the lines were really good, and some of them were just cringe and preachy
the cheating wife character is also the most annyoing and uninteresting character i think ive ever seen on tv
pretty good show otherwise
Bentley Price
Sounds like shit. The book was much better.
Parker Parker
The book is a masterpiece. Anything good about the show is a watered-down version of that.

The slave ship scene makes sense if you consider the context of Anansi, a trickster god, really only being interested in gaining the sacrificial worship of the slaves on the boat. So long as it accomplishes that goal, he'll say anything. He gets a little selective with his truth, and whoosh, instant rage-pyre.

Hey, hey, some other anons that are completely tired of Sup Forums treating other boards like their personal vacation spot.
Would recommend to you OP that you try to build an argument that is not as lazy and superficial as the one you put forth.
Could cry myself back asleep thinking that a nightmare was caused by group X,Y or Z, still wouldn't change that I objectively scared myself with my own biases.
Grow up OP.
Ayden Nelson
I'm being as lazy and superficial as the show is. If you don't believe me, watch the commentary by the showrunners. You probably haven't even watched it because everything I said is completely 90% accurate.
Angel James
Honestly, this soooo much. #resistdrumpf #unitedTVresists

I voted for President Trump you doof, but feel you are kinda of making my point for me.
I honestly have not watched it, but how are Jews objectively to blame?

neil gaiman sucks sandman's good thourgh

>tv shows and movies are all filled to the brim with hamfisted political and social commentary. >complain about discussing this on a board dedicated to tv and movies.
The other is Bryan Fuller, Catholic, full SJW if you listen to his interviews.

>it's a pol watches something other than the sopranos thread
Andrew Rodriguez
Fuck you nigger. The show sucked and pol has nothing to do with it.
Carson Price
I disagree. Gaiman has done some good shit. Obviously Sandman (the majority of it anyway) is incredible; but his short fiction is solid as well. Almost all of the other comic stuff I've read from him (Books of Magic, Batman, 1602 etc...) has been good as well.
I think that American Gods is probably his weakest novel (Ocean at the End of the Lane is his best) but it's still good. He also wrote Coraline which, while a bit young for me is a great piece of children's literature.

You know (or hope you know) that stereotyping these discussions is at best a distraction from the topic at hand.
Make sense?
Whoopty-shit, the point-of-view that OP holds is entirely disingenuous to the topic at hand, with my point-of-view substantiated by your post.
What in all sincerity makes this a Jewish themed/directed series? Why are Jews directly to blame? And why the fuck should the religious disposition of the creators inform discussion on how the actual series is?
My opinion: you assholes want someone to blame for a series not meeting your expectations, and a decent amount of you look towards the easiest target to blame, with little or no real substantiation.
Lincoln James
>The book is a masterpiece. hahahahahahahah

>Make sense?
nope, every discussion is better than ignoring the problem.

>with my point-of-view substantiated by your post
In what way does my post support your argument? You asked for proof the Jews are responsible and I gave it to you. You clearly know that this is not a religious issue but a political one. When I saw "Jews" in this context, I mean the political agenda of Hollywood's overwhelmingly Jewish leadership.
You clearly can't debate this on the context of the show itself because you already admitted to not watching it and did not refute any of the facts brought up in the OP.
