Will they apologise for giving Woody Allen that lifetime achievement award too?
Will they apologise for giving Woody Allen that lifetime achievement award too?
>I’ll continue working for sexual predators and making them tons of money but look at my black clothes I’m so mad!! Grrr!!
Absolute fucking idiots.
I thought most of the men were already wearing black.
>allow sex abuse to happen in your industry as “a fact of life”
>dress in black to protest yourself at your own event
i thought the rock died and i didn't hear about it
Press F if you don't plan to watch the Goyden Globes or any other Jewish awards show this year.
Leftists are a satire of themselves.
If they actually gave a shit they wouldn't go to any of these award shows.
I guess F, but I never did.
> mfw I can't stop laughing at the state of these retards jokeying for attention
What a fucking cult. They'll dress up in the same color but they won't name the jew. It's time Lord. We are ready, go ahead and annihilate us now.
I never do but I am kind of curious to watch Hollywood collapse; to see the people who make up Hollywood react to their leftist world crashing down around them and suffering from trump derangement syndrome.
Was Woody Allen actually proven to have done anything
...
This. They should refuse to ever work again and become menial labor wageslaves. Or they should refuse to ever work in a work environment in which sexual harassment happens, i.e. they should all go on the dole
So, hang on, let me get the right.
Sexual abuse happens in Hollywood, and people start to come out about it and say who did what. Right, that's a good thing. More and more start naming names, which are mostly backed up with facts, but some are not. This is not a good thing.
Hollywood acknowledges it has a problem as some big names drop, and Kev decides to use being gay as a defence. But rather than protect the people involved and try to stop more abuse, they continue to work as normal and just... Wear normal formal wear colours to a formal event?
What the fuck.
>Men wearing all black
>To a fancy event where wearing black would be the normal thing to do
Have these idiots never worn a tuxedo before?
It makes them feel better about themselves.
They want to disavow all the sexual harassment they know goes on, but they also don't want to bite the Jewish hand that feeds them.
What, do they think all sexual harassers are suddenly gonna hang up their boots and turn themselves in because they're wearing fucking black to some bullshit awards show while basking in rays of praise from the general public? Hollywood folk just can't help revealing how moronic and hypocritical they really are.
Yeah take that sexual abusers! Ok everybody move along nothing to see here now.
What do you want them to do? Shut down film-making?
Ideally, yes.
F
Watch it on a stream if you must, do not let them have ratings to boast about.
>wearing black to a black-tie party
SO BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVE
How exactly is the colour black a protest and what exactly is it protesting?
I imagine it's a display of solidarity with abused people and to direct attention to the issue in one of the biggest media events of the year.
>I imagine it's a display of solidarity with abused people
How?
>YESSSSSSS I'M FIGHTING INJUSTICE BY WEARING MY 30K DESIGNER BLACK SUIT
Off course the normies and braindead SJWs are not self aware enough to realize the joke is on them while they are shouting YASSSSSS QUEEEEEEEEEENNN on twitter
Bread and Circuses
By dressing uniformly and hence directing attention to the issue in one of the biggest media events of the year
Much better than speaking up and naming offenders or never having allowed it to become so volatile.
GET
LITTY
Wouldn't most of the men be wearing black at a formal affair anyway?
Is this a joke?
If so it's fucking brilliant.
Plenty are speaking up, naming offendors, and hence trying to do something about it
You can't even tell the difference from all the previous years since all the men are in blacks by default. The whole protest is the laziest effort ever.
Start a petition to make them take a knee
...
>Plenty are speaking up
Meanwhile ones championing the initiative like Meryl Streep have been supporting and standing by offenders for years and just put their hands up and plead ignorance when confronted.
There is no one more full of shit than a Hollywood personality except one with a camera and microphone in front of them.
>official event
>men wearing black is depicted as something special
what the fuck
>mfw people on normiebook are updating their profile pics and cover photos to all black swatches in "solidarity"
>having goybook in the first place
pls
Now you're talking about something else entirely.
WOAH
#INSPIRED
#BRAVE
#MEETOO (not really)
#ALLMEN
Sup Forumsisitor here. Can you give me a quick list of who to avoid if i go to hollywood?
Sounds badass. Gonna look like The Matrix up in there.
I know you guys make fun of everything but this is really powerful stuff. We need more like this absolutely to have a chance at beating the abuse.
Not really. I'm outlining the emptiness and hypocrisy of the whole initiative.
BLACKED
Fuck off cancer
I love video games. What are your favorite video games?
How are the actions of the women who are speaking up and going against the whole vile system 'empty', just because Meryl Streep is a faggot?
Glad they're finally speaking up against Max Landis and his stranglehold on Hollywood.
All time probably HOMM3, else currently Switch is pretty good with splatoon, oddyssey, zelda and xbc2.
Sony games are too cinematic (heh) for me
Because it accomplishes nothing. The show of solidarity is nothing more than a charade. Boycott the event altogether. Demand certain people not be invited or tolerated. Do virtually anything other than wearing the same coloured overpriced garments as the other vacuous idiots doing nothing but wanting to appear like they're doing something. They risk nothing, they accomplish nothing, it's all just about attention and in the most superficial empty way possible.
Solid taste, my good man. Solid taste.
No, YOU move.
>Because it accomplishes nothing.
It draws attention to the issue. They could've done nothing and just ignored it.
It'll be the topic of conservation in every single broadcast, in every single country, in every single home that is watching it.
Only 1 woman in this whole sexual harassment circus is worthy of our sympathy.
What was her name the one in the tape with Harvey Weinstein.
Something bad was done to her and what did she do?
She went to the fucking police right away. At that moment she is no longer complicit. She did the right thing.
All the other Hollywood prostitutes are all worthless, complicit.
They're not brave they're exploiting a fruitful situation.
>Move or you will be moved
"Yeah, get to the back of the bus, white woman."
Do these racists have no sense of self awareness?
Terry Crews also went to the police.
Good for him he's not a woman though.
Good guy and I like him.
>It'll be the topic of conservation in every single broadcast, in every single country, in every single home that is watching it.
And forgotten within a day. They might as well do nothing, it would be more honest. The people that will benefit are the designers of the dresses and celebrities that want to stroke their ego and look like they care.
Are you implying Terry crews can,t be sexcually abused?
That's racist
>And forgotten within a day.
It'll be talked about for weeks. Just give up, you keep moving the goal posts.
How have I moved the goal posts? My initial contention was that it won't achieve anything and I've simply explained how it won't.
I'd never get laid otherwise tbqh
Avoid the jews. You need to download the (((coincidence))) detector and the ethnicelebs app. Two guns, a hidden knife and a chastity belt during work.
Everyone's racist, its just whites are expected to cuck ourselves and pretend we aren't.
Use Grindr obviously you idiot.
>Absolute fucking idiots.
self preservation is the only reasonable thing to do, the fucking idiots are the people who think celebrities have any empathy for this issue and display it with clothing.
>Equating an image drawn by a racist nutjob to racial segregation
gee wiz
It'll be the topic of conversation for tens of millions of people during the show. And even more before and after.
Are you getting all riled up because the celebrities themselves aren't forming vigilante death squads?
It'll do nothing but make people feel like they're doing something without doing anything. Perfect for the social media generation that love to feel like the make a different for tweeting a cause or liking a post. Is that why you appreciate it so much?
I'm not talking about social media, I am talking about the people who are going to attend the event. Stop disgressing.
What do you want 'people' to do?
>I'm not talking about social media, I am talking about the people who are going to attend the event.
>It'll be the topic of conversation for tens of millions of people during the show. And even more before and after.
Except you are, you disingenuous kike.
I'd like them to boycott the event completely in protest of the horrific treatment of women at the hands of Hollywood producers, actors and executives.
It's not an issue contained in Hollywood. As the #MeToo campaign seems to suggest, this is a pretty expansive issue that is more or less ubiquitous. You can't boycott the entire world, so it makes sense to keep the conversation alive and making as many people as possible aware of the treatment that seems to be going on.
And the name calling doesn't reflect too well on you.
>And the name calling doesn't reflect too well on you.
I had been civil until you brought up some death squad bullshit.
>It's not an issue contained in Hollywood.
Hollywood is complicit and they are part of that industry. They should focus on that aspect and all the offenders amongst their own midst
>You can't boycott the entire world
They wouldn't be, just their industry, as I will by not watching.
>so it makes sense to keep the conversation alive and making as many people as possible aware of the treatment that seems to be going on.
Getting people talking and do nothing. Protest 101 for the social media generation.
Racial segregation is literally what they want.
a more significant protest would be boycotting the event all together but nah wearing black works too I guess.
What is you 'not watching' going to change?
Also, do you think social media doesn't massively affect people's behavior and lives in general? Madness.
>Protest 101 for the social media generation.
The social media people aren't the ones protesting. They are the ones who decide what we're talking about, what we (the media in general, and social media users) lend our attention to. The people wearing black are the ones 'protesting' (have they even called it a protest?).
uhh he died last week. myocardial infarction
I imagine it would be very small.
But the Rock wears black every day of his life.
I won't feel any sympathy for these whores until they apologize to all the women who entered Hollywood after them. They're actual prostitutes who were willing to be felt up and molested so they could climb up the ranks in Hollywood, and each one of them that went along with it only made it more ingrained in the system. Now they think they can redeem themselves by hopping on the bandwagon when they don't risk anything, being heroes even though they failed in their duties to their fellow men and women and let these perverts run rampant. Fuck them.
I'm just glad Matthew McConaughey hasn't gotten in any trouble.
its just them scrambling to get in front of the actual scandal which is ritual human sacrifices and human hunting parties on private islands.
>the only reasonable thing to do
No it’s just the most convenient
The Rock falls in love with a Baywatch Reboot.
Unable to confess, he is gifted by a deus ex machina with the new movie's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls it, thanking it for the time by saying MAHALO, and is overjoyed to find out that his Baywatch film is FUN for the FANS that will lead you to a PISS-GOOD TIME.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to his new movie made for the FANS, it ends up being panned by critics who have a disconnect over what the piss-happy FANS want over a RAUNCHY SUMMER MOVIE. After some investigation, he finds out that the piss-inducing comedy he called is not the same movie he fell in love with. In fact, it doesn't exist in this universe at all. It is Baywatch's alternate universe counterpart, with Daddary's mammaries rather swinging dicks and gore.
Hijinks ensue as the the Rock strikes up a deal with producers to shill his movie over Twitter until everyone pisses their pants and floods theaters in a sea of piss. While the two chase a dwindling box office, DRAMA from the R-18 COMEDY ensues as they begin to piss on each other instead in HILARITY and question the NATURE of LITTY.
FINDS
>What is you 'not watching' going to change?
About as much as them wearing black is going to. However I'm not in the industry. My ability to change it is limited.
>Also, do you think social media doesn't massively affect people's behavior and lives in general? Madness.
It can but can also render people docile, detached and listless and it generally does particularly with issues like this.
>The social media people aren't the ones protesting. They are the ones who decide what we're talking about, what we (the media in general, and social media users) lend our attention to. The people wearing black are the ones 'protesting'
You brought them up suggesting the big aim of this protest would be the millions of people talking about it. Because talking about people wearing a black dress and retweeting #protestbullshit is really effective.
>(have they even called it a protest?).
Yes.
Yep, women really are the ones to blame here. They're quite literally asking for it
...
Very many straight white people have been responsible for anything in regards to rape and sexual assault in Hollywood. Granted, there's not many of them.
ALWAYS
Feel like you missed a word there because I cannot parse this post.
