You can even leave out the clenbuterol (first time I hear of it), just watch your diet and excercise like 3 times a week. That's what I do since 2013, and I lost 90lbs in the first 6-8 months.

Good for you, but what OP wants in his picture is someone with a retardedly low body fat %. That is damn near impossible to achieve and maintain naturally for most people. The really skinny can't build and maintain muscle mass and those who can keep muscle mass tend to go to fat pretty easily.
