There was a tunnel collapse at my local theatre's popcorn mine so this is all they have now.

A couple of times. I really love chili dogs and I was thinking it wasn't that different from nachos, but they just felt off. Chili dogs are more of a meal, not a snack to idly pick at while you watch a movie.

Some cinemas here have bistros where you can order food or drink hard liquor. My german gf was astounded at the wonderful marvels this beautiful shart mart country has to offer. God bless the US of A.

There's a theater near me that'll basically deliver your food to you while you sit in massage chair seats.
My favorite theater treat is a spicy as fuck pickle though. something tasty to nip at while I enjoy kino.

In the UK they sell hotdogs, nachos and popcorn at most cinemas even beer in most places too. I went to a cinema in France once and it felt so bare

I love going to the movie theatre in poor countries (have done this in Latin American and African countries), they are normally reserved for the rich and are better than most movie theatres we have in the UK, and tickets and snacks are cheap as fuck so you can eat like a king in the most comfortable chairs.

ALL American activities are coupled with eating and drinking. Going to a sports arena is pretty much an excuse to eat fast food and drink beer.
