How was THIS a kid show? Seriously, it feels more like a slightly toned down adult cartoon. It had the word ass in one episode and had many disturbing and weird content. This should've been on Adult Swim. This was the Regular Show of its day in terms of WTF moments. I'd rather have kids watch The Simpsons and Futurama than this "kids" cartoon

You didn't like when Billy did this to Eris?

I don't think Billy and Mandy was bad. I actually really enjoyed it. It's just that I am baffled as to how this became a kids cartoon. Seriously, it had death himself in it (Grim)

Remember that one episode of Evil Con Carne where Major Dr. Ghastly had a fantasy about getting fucked by the boss?

I bet that "ass" was in reference to the Donkey though, which bloody Shrek did at around the same time.

It's fine as a kids show, nothing it did was out of the norm back then. Cartoons might be safer now and you get away with less, but the same could be said for a lot of things as the world gets more PC. Billy and Mandy is fine, it's vulgar and crude, but it wasn't out of the ordinary in its time.

>It had the word ass in one episode
Which one was that?

I loved this show as a kid.

Terrors of the Black Knight

>ASS i was saying

eh, it was subtle enough.

Ha ha!

I say we let the boy go.

>dry anal

AHHH! SOMEBODY HELP ME!

>it feels more like a slightly toned down adult cartoon
I take it you're an underagefag.

I had no problem with it as a kid

Also there was a lot of gore which they somehow got away with

>I knew this guy; he misread the signals.
>Now he eats everything through a mechanical straw.

R. Lee Ermey is a treasure.

It could get morbid as hell too.

>You can pick your nose, and you can pick your friends, but you can't your friend's nose

Plus the Boogeyman was very sympathetic. Also don't get to see Grim win much.

The last few seasons lightened up on Grim though. The first few shat on him in nearly every episode.
