Why does he feel that the certain point of view that justifies his wording to Luke isn't lost, but that Anakin's certain point of view is?

His issue wasn't with the concept of having a differing point of view, his issue was with believing that the jedi are evil.

If Obi-wan has issue with Anakin seeing the Jedi as evil, then he has inherent issue with certain points of view.
Personally i liked the idea of the death star having a weakness just by pure coincidence.
The idea that only a force wielder could make the shot made it as "its never gonna happen" type thing as all the jedi were dead.
But that being changed to "lol this guy designed it to happen" is just fucking stupid.

How is that an argument against what I said? He didn't have an issue with the concept of differing points of view, he had an issue with believing jedi are evil. You're claiming he's hypocritical for criticizing Anakin's point of view yet promoting his own point of view, but that's because you weirdly fixated on a repeated phrase.
I'll try to make this simpler. When Anakin says "well from my point of view, the jedi are evil" Obi-wan doesn't think "oh my gosh, point of view? I hate the concepts of people having points of view" Obi-wan instead thought "the jedi aren't evil. If you'v gone so far as to believe the jedi are evil, you are lost." Based on this, it's not hypocritical for Obi-wan to say "what I told you was true from a certain point of view," because Obi-wan isn't against the concept of points of view."
To make this even simpler, I'll rewrite the dialogue so the phrase isn't repeated, so you can understand it further. First from ROS

He came to understand that he was wrong, and the line about "only a Sith deals in absolutes" was intentionally ironic, because it was supposed to signify Obi Won's enlightened approach later in the OT.
The plans were to find out how to access the core.
I like that in TLJ they have the plan of Snoke's destroyer in their archive, up to the very room that they can zoom on, and that Finn could tell exactly what to do because he conveniently was a janitor at this critical part of the bad guys base/ship, even though they have fully operational robots that would remove any purpose of human janitors.
Hell, given the surface of the Death Star, how many of the men stationned there were just janitors, cooks, or barbers?
If it were coincidence, the rebels would NEVER ever find it in time. If a weakness existed purely by chance, it would have been the impossible task to find it. The hero would be the person or the droid who managed to identify the single weak spot in this gigantic chunk of metal, not the guy who made the shot.
