Sheev is like another level of force user above any living Jedi, he was only acting like mace had him on the ropes. If he wanted to he could have thrown mace into a black hole.
He was directly involved in the CW series. Many of the decisions on the series go back to him, and the reason it had such high quality animation in later seasons is because he was forking over a million an episode for the best in the business.

No because George wasn't even involved in writing the cartoon show, he just pitched ideas and approved story ideas of writers. The writers have stated he wasn't very involved in the content. I doubt he even knew that they had Sheev use 2 sabers in the cartoon or cared.

To think that a Jedi - any Jedi - could 1v1 a Sith Lord that far into the rule of two is preposterous.
