damn, is that an arch shaped cliff?
Easily as good as any of his golden era films
This was underrated as well OP.
Dont care for Ependables movies. The first one had its moments but Im not even interested in the meme sequels.
Another underrated Stallone movie. Pretty kino in fact
Rewatched this a few weeks ago, fucking banging film.
Lithgow makes such a good bad dude.
Definitely underrated as an action film.
Its just a really well made film
>Cliffhanger
more like kinohanger
depressing as fuck
it's shit, one of those films you see when you're young, have fond memories of and upon rewatch realize it's dogshit
i love daylight was just listening to the soundtrack the other night
youtube.com
awful, one of the worst films ever made and i'm a hardcore stallone fan
...
>it's shit, one of those films you see when you're young, have fond memories of and upon rewatch realize it's dogshit
Its really isnt, its easily in his top 5. People overrate Ace Ventura and Cable Guy
mate it's fucking terrible, not funny at all.
I just dont understand ypur hate for Get Carter.
i watched it.
Based on what?
>People overate Ace Ventura.
That is an oxymoron as you cannot overrate what cannot be overrated. Ace Ventura is GOAT tier.
based on having watched it again recently.
I like Wachowski Speed Racer :D
Ace Ventura is fine but nothing special, Jims peaks were Me, Myself and Irene and Liar Liar
Critics said both are poodoo and the first was extremely transphobic D:
I live for underrated action movies. I could do thisvall day.
I loved it as well, im gutted it did so bad at box office because it'll never get a sequel
...
>Cable Guy
no one has fond memories of cable guy
...
An hero
by the same token
I've been meaning to watch it because i was so surprised how much i enjoyed man from uncle
Predator 2
Constantine
>first was extremely transphobic D:
Oh the ungodly shitstorm that would rustle if it were release today
>Mario kassar
>good movie
Duh
Hell no.
>This is the most important man! Whatever you do don't shoot yourself!
>*Instantly shoots himself in the hit by accident by slipping inexplicably*
Actually pretty damn fun. Especially for Guy Ritchie. Also Diebecki and Vikander is a qt
Not that great tbqh. I would say it was rated just about right.
imo one of the funniest movies ever made
The Man From Uncle was kino
Is Jim Carrey the greatest physical actor of all time?
Yeah. I was surprised how much I liked it and disappointed by the demise of a possible sequel.
At the very least, I wish it did well enough to warrant an extended cut.
watch the original Michael Caine version and you will understand.
I watched Ace Ventura again after God knows how long...
The answer is yes...
good movie
I liked how it changed into Resident Evil 2 (the actual video game, not those disgusting PTA trash movies) at the end
I found it surprisingly good and that was maybe because of how badly it was rated, so i came in with low expectations
...
It lost 150M, Guy Ritchie is fucked and probably wont ever get a big budget movie again. It's a shame because while it does have it's problems, it's a good movie.
What Jim kino should i watch first?
dead snow 1 and 2
The Truman Show.
I have never seen a single post on TV about this film, and yet it is fucking insane
KINO (until the trippy forest, snake, omnislash, and final boss fight)
The soyboy filter of 2017.

take a shot every time the old guy gets visibly erect at the thought of his associate's girlfriend plummeting to her death
it's still my favorite stallone movie
Also this.
>great acting by leads
>great script
>great cinemonatographt
>great editing
>based Ridley directing
I don't mind him not doing big budget again. Not saying he should go back to where he's good at, because he's definitely learned a couple of new tricks doing big movies, but wouldn't mind something with a little more substance (UNCLE came close but it fizzled out at the end and the sequel it was teasing seemed more fun than the actual movie)
Start from the top, Ace Ventura.
how does it compare to TTSS? If you say favourably I'll watch it
I liked it and can get past it's complete disconnect from Hellblazer.
the cable guy
Dumb action kino coming through.
Best thread of the week, bless op.
Solid movie, the TV series was a missed opportunity.
>Released 3 kino films in 1994
Literally how did he do it?
hahahah i kinda liked this too
No, that movie fucking sucked.
He should've stayed in hungary, because this movie of his was actually decent and it made me hopeful that he was an emerging talent. Guess fucking not.
I dont care what anyone says, Zoolander is one of the best films ever made
...
I'm not that disappointed that we'll never get a sequel because at least we got this movie and it was made the way it was made without a bunch of sjw crap crammed in.
Watch it in chronological order, as long as you're planning on watching them all it doesn't really matter where you start though.
>underrated
This is one of Carpenter's best
True fact.
Trapkino.
Might try to find that tonight and watch. Fun movie. Needs a new version with Gerald Butler
Only literal retards have issues with Escape from New York. L.A gets more shit than it deserves.
Con Air, Face/Off and The Rock are kino Cage movies.
...
Dark City. watch it, preferably the director's cut.
LA is just fun, it doesn't deserve the hate. The surfing scene was great.
>40 yr old all time perrenial cult classic.
I dont think the word underrated means what you think it means.
Best hero. Best villain. Best ending.
I would say both movies are similar. TTSS was alright, but Most Wanted Man made it to be one of my favourite films. It feels very right that it was the last completed role of PSH
More Stallone kino incoming
Tormenting so much of these right now, ty anons
...
One of the best action movies ever made. I never get tired of rewatching it.
not good, and I say that as a massive Guy Richie fan. I couldn't believe how terribly shot and awkward the editing was. Definitely the type of movie that people with shit taste say is good because it looks like it should be good.
...
Just alright? Guess I'll watch this then. It better not be less than great
Snipes is amazing in this.
Heat Legend true greatness
This film is seriously a fucking blast though, great acting from everyone involved
the reason I have three seashells next to my toilet.
Sorry replied to the wrong guy here Meant to reply to the user that said Escape from New York was underrated.
I liked it :-)
I've been on a action movie bender and Hard Target has been overlooked by nearly everyone these days. Lance Henriksen is a mean sonofabitch in this and all the martial arts/gunplay is top notch with John Woo directing.
...
People always talk about Total Recall, T2, Predator. But never The Running Man
watched this masterpiece yesterday, does anyone has a webm of the nazi speech?
'arrd tar-gett. Love this movie
I agree that it's by far Guy Ritchie's worst movie, some of the humour is okay, but it really doesn't carry the movie. Also yeah the camera work is really bad which is one thing Ritchie is usually spot on with.
Love this movie, it was ahead of its time.
Arnold was literally in a film so ahead of its time the critics didnt understand it, say what you want about his acting. But the guy knew how to pick a fucking script
Really good IMO.
Probably my favorite movie ever
You can actually see a nipple if you pause it at just the right time during the sex scene. You don't realize how hard that was on VHS. I used to think it was actually Sandra Bullock's but I guess it probably wasn't.
Spot on action comedy, it's a perfect example of how well the genre can be done, most modern action comedies are "wacky man is out of place with tough man, look at how the wacky man reacts isn't it funny!"
