There are literally no good Jackie Chan movies. All kung fu and martial arts movies are mindless trash for brainless audiences, literally transformers films
Drunken Master (the first one) is incredible. The english dub is atrocious but it does add a bit of amateur charm to the film.

Little Big Soldier
Miracles was a sendup to old Hollywood musicals which Jackie is big fan of. Jackie doesn't do a lot of serious action in Little Big Soldier, but he has some pretty decent acting in it. Both were genuine passion projects and you can see him putting in a lot of effort into, especially compared to most of the phoned in cash grabs he's done the past decade or so.
